Adam Miller Toy & Bicycle — Attraction in City of Batavia

Mike has been uniformly pleasant every time I've stopped (four times thus far, never announced.) I once jokingly asked him if he had a cot in the back because he seems to be there so much.

This is a great example of a local business to shop at in preference to Walmart. You get a sense that they'll stand behind their product rather than--in the case of the latter--giving you another junk replacement and trashing what you brought back as a cost of doing business.

Adam Miller fixes bikes. What could be more environmentally friendly and healthful than that? As a bonus, they're a short walk from Next Level Fitness, so I've been able to drop my bike off to get a tune up and then walk over to the gym.

A+ for service. Their website could use updating for the bikes they have--since they have so many more than are listed there--but it's an overlookable issue. After all, isn't it better to have MORE stock than your site lists...

Excellent customer service! I was looking to upgrade over my 1980 Takara 10-speed Japanese road bike since I’m getting exhaustingly sore every time I ride it. Also, I was getting tired of buying China manufactured generic off brand bikes that had nothing but problems out of the box from eBay or coming out of Walmart. Someone took care of finding me the appropriate bike to choose and I was comfortable with a new Giant Cypress Dx comfort bike that was for sale. I’m glad I had the choice to put it on layaway until I completely pay it off in hopefully 3 weeks. I will definitely be a repeat...

Just walking in the door took me back to my childhood! I loved the squeaky wooden floorboards..they reminded me of a store I went to as a child. I went there looking for a bicycle. What I came away with, was not only a fabulous bike , but an education on bicycle information I never knew. As an adult, I think your needs are different of those of a kid just hopping on any old bike and taking off! I appreciated the time and information John gave us to make sure the bike I picked was the right one. I LOVE my bike and hope I will be riding it many years from now! Thank you again , John...
