Carrie and Steve were nothing short of extraordinary! For five YEARS , my engagement ring has been too big. Despite my efforts to find a trustworthy jeweler for resizing, I had yet to discover one who could accommodate a same-day turnaround, would do the service in-house, who was friendly on the phone and whom I had faith in. My dad suggested I visit Valle Jewelers while I was in town, and I couldn't be more grateful that I did. From our very first phone call, where I inquired about the possibility of a same-day sizing, to the moment I walked out the door with my engagement ring fitting perfectly, the entire experience was delightful.

On the phone, Carrie worked with me to put together a plan that would work with my schedule and theirs for the best luck of a same-day sizing. In the store, the team radiated warmth and hospitality, making me feel right at home. I had complete confidence that they would take exceptional care of my ring and provide a fair price for their services.

Valle is a smaller shop with a more at home feel. The staff are friendly and helpful. They are not pushy or con you into anything. Prices are fair and the jewelry is beautiful! My husband and I brought our wedding rings from them. And recently went back to get our rings cleaned and while I was there I had them look into resizing my rings, as they are to big now. I wanted to get them resized and the owner looked at them and asked if I felt like I was done losing weight because he didnt want to waste my money having to resize them multiple times and risk damaging the rings. So he suggested we wait until I felt completely ready to get them fully reset. And for the time being he would put spacers on them so I could wear them again. 😊 I agreed and he saved me a lot of money in the long run. It's been over a year since I was able to wear them due to weight loss. He fixed the crack in the band and cleaned them up all for about $40 best money I spent! We get free cleaning from them also.
