Do not go to this gym if your goal is to get better, stronger, and fitter. The staff does not want you to push yourself to become the best version of yourself. Instead they would rather you drop the weight on yourself and injure yourself rather than dropping it on the floor. It seems their floor is super important to them. Or they would rather you to go super light and stop so many reps of failure so it does not damage their floor. How do you expect yourself to become better if you do not push yourself? It’s a shame they have such a big gym but only let members have access to a tiny area. They have tons of squat racks on the bottom floor too but don’t let members access it. Best gym in New York State the athletic training is second to none do you struggle to want to work out and find a workout and what exercise to complete then the function strength classes are for you they are available all day during operational hours. Stop by and check it out they offer free first classes and you will be hook the staff is amazing Austin Jess Andi Steph Norm Dan John and the front desk staff is wonderful. This place isn’t planet fitness. You will actually see results and have a community I suggest bringing a friend at first so it’s not as intimidating which it might seem at first but you can ask as many question and recieve as much Leo as you need. I have been a member of this gym for 3 years. I can't even begin to tell others how wonderful it is and how much I enjoy the classes. The equipment is top notch and so are the instructors. Definitely worth every penny. Everyone is so encouraging and there's an immediate positive atmosphere when you walk through the doors. Every employee is pleasant and I have NEVER had a bad experience with poor service. It is impeccably clean and located in the heart of elmira which makes it a perfect location. I just started the team training classes and I am in far better shape than I was when I first started! I can't praise this...
