It felt so good for my soul to be out on the water for the Hudson Ferry “Sunset Cruise” this Saturday. It was a wonderful and relaxing experience to feel the summer breeze on my face while watching the water, the mountains and beautiful sky. People were relaxed, taking photos and conversation was easy. Captain Tommy and crew person, JJ, were very welcoming and also engaged in conversation with us. I would say both young and old enjoyed a peaceful and lovely evening on the Hudson Ferry. I think we all walked away with smiles on our faces. I know I did. We recently organized a private sunset tour on the Ferry with a group of 15 and it was truly the best party our team has had in ages. Legendary. Everything from the food from Tommy Boys, magnums of wine on ice and karaoke was thoughtfully set up for us upon arrival. We had the BEST time and I cannot rave enough. My wife and I took a sunset cruise on a recent Saturday night. The crew was amazing, very attentive and friendly. We went south from Hudson and went down to Catskill, including under the bridge. We were treated to a beautiful sunset and spectacular views throughout. It wasn’t busy, and we got to sit at the front of the boat to maximize the panoramic views.
