We purchased a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf double oven, Wolf range-top, and Cove dishwasher from Ackerman's in February, and the entire process was fantastic. Lucas was extremely accommodating, especially when it came to scheduling delivery around our needs.

On delivery day, the crew arrived right on time. There were plenty of guys to unload and move everything in, and they were incredibly careful—not a scratch or scuff anywhere. They even took the packaging with them, which was a huge help.

What impressed us the most? Lucas—the owner himself—showed up to ensure everything went smoothly! He answered all our questions, double-checked the cabinet spaces for fit, and made sure everything was ready for a seamless installation.

I had a terrible.experience with a big box store (bait and switch, no knowledge of local laws, horrible effort at installation....) and after returning that stove, I turned to Ackerman's. Everyone I dealt with was really nice and willing to answer all of my queries. When there was some question about space because I was replacing a Jenn-air, Leon came out to figure out which range would fit in my space. The range I ordered came and was installed very quickly and I really like the product. Perhaps it's a fancier range than I expected to buy, but I realize that local stores can't compete with big box places on the low end and so carry better brands. A complete kitchen renovation is never easy but, when you add the complications of the recent supply chain issues, it might have been a real headache. Fortunately, we ordered our appliances through Lucas at Ackerman's Appliance. There were some expected manufacturer delays, but he kept us updated every step of the way which helped us to make needed adjustments.
