The woman at the counter was so rude. I had to leave. I asked her to explain to me what she meant when she told me she’d have to put it on the flatbed and send it to the studio…. Now I don’t know about the rest of you but a flatbed to me means a truck and send it to the studio would be send it someplace else. They didn’t do the work there. I asked her three times what do you mean a flatbed? She told me to be quiet. 🙃

I told her I’ve never done this before. I just want to get some prints off of original painting. She told me she has to put it on a flatbed and send it to the studio.😀 3x’s Prideful, rude and arrogant

I called to talk with the owner. They wouldn’t allow me to so he said he’s the owner’s brother and he was just as bad. He put it all on me because I didn’t understand what she was saying

The scans were very high quality and the negatives were in the good condition. I opted for high resolution scans but I think I will go with medium resolution in the future as my film photos weren't very high definition in the first place and didn't need the extra resolution. Prices are a bit high but I understand. In the future I might just get my film developed there and get my own scanner. The employee I talked too was helpful. I plan on going back next time I need film developed and scanned. The film stocks I scanned were Kodak Gold 200, Kodak ultramax 400, and...

This is undeniably a pretty solid place for anything involving cameras - I usually come here to buy little pieces of equipment or maintenance supplies. Their prices for developing film are steep, however they are the only retailer in the area that DOES give you back your negatives. They do also have a Kodak photo station and do sell film as well if that's what you're into (I know I am). The staff here are very welcoming and I have no complaints at all...
