Love the look, glad it exists because there’s jo where else to go in the area, but they nickel and dime you and the owner is a prick. He mostly sticks around the arcade area— Rolls his eyes at kids, makes a face when he has to wait on them at the toy counter, sighs when he has to go help get their coin back at one of the many broken arcade games (note: none of them work to begin with btw— every single one ate coins or gyped them out of tickets, giving them two when it said they won 10, etc. it was ridiculous). He makes the whole experience very try unpleasant. I’ve been maybe five times and every time is the same. Spent $20 to get coins for the kids to share, they blew them in less than 8 minutes on broken machines, got just a handful of tickets. Very sad little girls. They shouldn’t rip you off like that.
3hr skating session… Entry is $10 Skates are $4 A helper pusher thing for beginners is $2 And you get a wristband so you cannot share. So…. My niece cost me $16 to skate for 5 minutes and then decided she was done, took her skates off and sat the rest of the time. They refused to refund me. She literally went around twice and I couldn’t convince her to keep trying after that. She was 6. Frustrating they have no compassion or understanding. They shut down and kick you out at the end of the session. And beware, the arcade shuts down well before that. So don’t skate up until the end and plan to spend the last 20m in the arcades like us. They will shut down at a quarter til and you lose...
Read moreIf I could give this a zero I would.I had a great time skating Ike always. However the security team were terrible and should be out of a job for how they treated us. Upon entering, while getting checked my cousin asked why we had to be checked because we have been coming all our life and this was new to us. Instead of the guard telling us it’s for safety he began to load his firearm to intimidate us. We got in and the security guard none stop mean mugged us the whole time we were there. I almost fell so I grabbed on to the side and the officer came up to me and told me, an adult woman, that I needed to take a 10 minute timeout for holding on to the sides or he would kick me and ny family out. This is a kids rink, he spoke to my younger cousins the same way. He was extremely rude and made me leave because I could not enjoy a place I always came too. If I seen his name I would’ve made sure he was fired. He was the shorter security guard without glasses that worked on February 5th, 2022 @7pm. I am disgusting by this behavior and I will no longer come to this establishment that I have...
Read moreMaybe I'm a 90s baby so I saw it during it's prime but man was it disappointing. My son's friend had a birthday party here today and overall was disappointed. Most of the arcade games didn't work and the few that did didn't give out the right amount of tickets if any. Don't get me started on the food. We got a slushy and a pretzel from the snack stand. The pretzel was insanely salty and the slushy tasted like moldy cleaning supplies. I started thinking I had covid it tasted so bad. My 6 year old didn't even eat or drink it cause it was bad. He has PICA and eats inedible things on the regular so this speaks volumes. Then birthday pizza came and just as bad. And even after all that I could have looked past it but then this 6 year old at the party who paid for her walker to help her skate was skating peacefully and because she lost her wrist band they took it from her. Not like there wasn't 6 others just floating around not being used by the party but to go take it from her and make her cry was just in bad taste. Go prioritize fixing your machines instead of penny pinching...
