You guys make great royals, which I find hard to get at times. And my brother has celiacs, so being able to order him his first sub in ages because you have gluten free rolls was great.
But guys, you need to read your mods. Especially for doordash or uber orders. It's not like I can just send it back to the kitchen.
We ordered 5 subs, one for each of us tonight, and 2 for 2 us us tomorrow.
I ordered my mother a steak hogie, with banana peppers, and in the added information area, I specified "no mushrooms, please." She despises mushrooms.
So, two of us are very happy with dinner. Mom, on the other hand, took a bite, grimaced, opened her sub, and saw no peppers at all, and that her sub had mushrooms on it.
I've worked back of house. Lord knows I've missed mods before, so I don't want to be too harsh on this, but even after she picked them off, I'm stuck listening go her moan about how "no one gets the order right," and how she'll "only ever order from place X because they're the only ones who make a good sub."
Now, I'm not happy with how she's acting. She's being a child about it. But she is right that our order was wrong. Frankly, in your uber eats listing, you should include the ability to hold the mushrooms. We shouldn't have to type that in. But there was a spot for us to pick other toppings, and we picked banana peppers, and you guys missed that too.
With delivery, especially through a third party app, the customer is left with very little recourse if the order is wrong.
I intended to just email about it, but you don't have any email. I can't give feedback in the uber eats app. So I have nothing else I can do but leave this review.
To people who want to order from submasters: I, personally, think the subs are delicious. But this is not the first time I've heard of that mods have been missed or ignored. I think they're worth your time and money, but as with most places, you're best off eating in, or picking up yourself, so that if there is a mistake, you can go back up there...
Read moreWe used to frequent this place. Great prices and deals for fairly good food. Usually excellent sub's. But the last year or so its gone way down hill. 9pm closing time often means 7:30 or 8pm. If there are no adults, good luck. The young teens working screw around, eat in front of you while making your food and do nothing but swear and make sexual references. Which will happen but its not a closed kitchen. We all hear you loudly. I've had 3 incidences that have caused us to not go back, and when speaking to the owner he wasn't interested in helping me. Twice I've called and ordered ahead. Hours before closing. When I head down 15 to 20 min after placed order - they're locked up and closed. Long before scheduled hours. The last time I called ahead, got there immediately, paid! And ran to the store in same parking lot - came back to a dark, closed store. What a surprise. Luckily this hasn't...
Read moreI wish I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely used to love their chicken finger subs but recently every time my family orders from here they give us our orders wrong. Not only have we found a bread clip in one of our subs before, they don't call ahead to let us know they need to swap out food when they're out of pizza logs for example. They don't know how to correctly serve a half and half spicy and barbecue wing box they also always burn the pizza!!! They also make it a frequent habit to forget food or our drinks. While I used to love ordering from submasters they have completely gone down hill. I would say don't bother ordering! Just pick another sub and pizza shop that will not only get your order right but also deliver in a timely manner without making excuses for a "busy night" in...
