Boldo's Armory — Attraction in City of Rochester

Been here twice. I got a really unsettling vibe about this place. It looks like a storage basement. Nothing is really organised well. The owner is a real piece of ** too. Every question I had, every time I started a conversation, i was met with a sarcastic, rude remark or answer. He would stare you down if you are just looking around. Also the First time I went in about three weeks ago, he was making an inventory order on the phone for 25 minutes and was being really nasty to the person he was talking to. Never have I shopped in a game store with such an unfriendly unwelcoming person running it. This guy needs to work on his people skills. Go to millennium games instead if you need magic cards, dnd supplies or board games. They are incredibly helpful there. I will never...

Owner is very creepy. I remember going to the store 5 minutes before it opened not knowing the actual opening time. Assuming it was open since the lights were on we pull the open door leading us into the store. Instantly upon entry we were alarmed by a man who accused us of trying to steal whatever it was he had kept in his store. I played it off as a joke and continued to shop for what I was looking for. During that shopping period it was uncomfortable and unsettling since every step and Hand movement I made felt watched by the store owner. Not to mention when I found the item I was looking for it was trop Cher meaning very expensive and not accurate on a price scale. Went in late 2022 to check it out as I love smaller game stores. To my surprise he had Player's Primer to the Outlands which I had been looking for. I asked about buying it and boy was I not ready for the smugness put off by Boldo. After asking him how to pay with PayPal, he continually told me I had the incorrect PayPal address, when in fact we did the transaction and I had it correct. I have never met someone so allergic to customer service in my life. Doesn't help he is a creep on Facebook either! This experience has never sat right with me and I am hoping I can steer people who want to learn to love games in the right direction. Just go...
