I do have some words for the owner of this establishment but overall ill give the food review first then my opinion.

Honestly, best youre going to find in rochester. The person making the pita pocket. absolutely is a master in their craft not only that but you get excellent pickles and a garlic sauce that is unmatched in this area by a LOOOOOONG SHOT. Falafel is absolutely amazing as well. I wish they would serve it with more of a Tzatziki but its not their culture I get that. They use a tahini its good I just have a taste for the tzatziki more still fantastic either way! This to me is mostly a take out place or a place for a quick bite. Service is interesting. I do alot of take out from here and always order a side of garlic sauce its a lottery that i get it. I dont like that I HAVE TO CHECK. Where its up to the place to make sure that are in fact delivering what you asked for.

BUT i have a theory for this and this is where the review ends and this is a specific message to the owner. Feel free to read. I have spoken to a number of your employees (cashiers) that I see you have many come and go from the cashier side of things. I also have asked if they receive the tips that are on your computer and I hear you don't give those tips to your workers. (ive asked 3 who I have not seen work again) As well as when I order my food FROM YOU (I do know when you take a call or my order) you some how as the owner forget to give me my garlic sauce and are seemingly annoyed whenever I ask for it EVEN WHEN I PAY FOR IT. I see the cutting corners allowing you to take a month off. Give the tips to your employees and maybe youll have less turn over. You have a successful business and in my 15 years of restaurant work. Good food can carry you for awhile. BUT a better leader can lead you a life time of success goodluck.

This has become my favorite quick service Mediterranean resturant! My first try I had one of their Manakeesh flat breads - the Beef Lahamajeen. It was a light dish with enough spice and flavor to leave you satisfied yet wanting more. (I love cinnamon in savory entrees!!) This would be a great item on the go if you fold it like a pizza slice.

On my second trip I had the Beef Shawarma Pita with strips of rotisserie beef, tahini sauce, lettuce, tomato and spices. It also included onions (not mentioned on the menu) which were fresh, crisp, and offered a nice contrast to the mild and creamy tahini.

OUT-OF-THIS-WORLD!!! The pita didn't look like much when it arrived, but as soon as I picked it up I knew I had a fight on my hands. Do I eat it all or just half? Lemme tell ya, halfway through my breathing got shallow. The beef was smoky; marinated to perfection. It had a bit of crunch too, which may have been due to them giving me the last bits as I arrived near closing time. I didn't mind. They filled that sucker up and it was so good! The silky tahini sauce was tangy with a mild finish. I licked some excess off the plate. I would've licked it clean had I not noticed the kitchen staff was packing up.

I'm already planning my next visit. I hope to bring a group so we can pass our plates around....

What a hidden gem this is! My husband took me here for the first time yesterday and to be honest i didn't know what to expect. I was less than thrilled upon arrival about the cafe style dining/take out ambiance. The line to the counter to order food was out the door and i thought about leaving because I was not in the mood to wait a long time. My entire attitude quickly changed as the friendly counter associates sped through the line and people walked out left and right with their to go orders. So we decided to eat there. I cannot believe how fast our food came out. The food was so fresh and delicious also! I ordered the vegetarian platter, full greek salad and my husband got the dolmes and chicken &beef platter with yellow rice. Excellent! Such delicious flavors! The food was not heavy or greasy at all, even the fried falafel was light! We hardly finished all the food. They brought it right to the table as soon as it was ready and picked it up when we finished. I have a ton of food allergies so i was so happy with the number of options i had to choose from and how thrilled i was with what we got. We'll...
