Goodwill — Attraction in City of Rochester

I am amazed ! at these reviews? The goodwill store here in Rochester are stealing from the customers. If items have more then one sticker, they take the items and up the price. If you are Hispanic, black, Chinese,Indian looking, they are suspicious of the tickets on the Items and up the prices. Before, the color of the week, they take items off the shelves that sell and leave the worn out items . These are my current experiences at the goodwill stores in Hennrietta and South Clinton. Most of the time they have movies that I'm looking for. But lately they've been lacking in the movie area. Would like to see them get more. DVDs that is. Updated 9/13/22: seems like there are less and less movies every time I go there, but I'll stay with four stars. They have a good service there and they try to do a good job. I try to go three times a week because you never know what you're going to find there. This time around they have some really nice furniture. Clerk names Neisha very rude. 2 people in line and instead of asking nicely "can I squeeze by you" she very loudly and rudely said Excuse Me to get us to move out of her way bc she was going to the registers.
