Dollar Tree — Attraction in City of Rome

This Dollar Tree is very well organized, clean and the staff is very friendly. I love Dollar Tree! However, for the last two times we've been here there's been a huge line of at least 8 customers and the cashier doesn't ever call back up. I fully understand the struggles of retail and personally I'm okay waiting in line but they really need to work on making sure back up is available and ready to jump on a register if needed. I was gonna go find an associate but didn't see anyone around. I overheard something about 1 person going on break and 1 going to lunch and that's why they couldn't open up another register. Terrible management skills got horrible attitude as soon as I walked in the store and by the manager no less. Not to mention the question I asked about is product she wasn't even aware they sold and being super glue brand epoxy it's not something new.. she pitched a terrible attitude at me as well as when I tried to show her the item upon finding it myself she actually followed me outside the store and became vulgar and swearing at me right in front of the store. Can't beat paying a dollar, has a little bit of everything from home goods, food, toiletries, toys, pet stuff, cards, school supplied and pharmacy stuff, plus. They also have a decent craft section.
