SUPERCUTS — Attraction in City of Rome

Had a very pleasant experience there for my hair cut. There was a 20 minute wait as they were busy at the time. This was about 4 pm on a Friday. The stylist was Megan and she was very easy to work with and took pride in her work. She asked a lot of questions to make sure I got the cut I wanted and needed. I'll go back next time I need my hair cut again. Still coming here for my haircuts, adult son too. They take good care of us and do a good job. Just a minor update. If you want your haircut around a certain time schedule an appointment at least 1 to 2 days ahead. This was explained to her after a 50 minute wait. Still good service and nice people. Most of the girls there do a decent job with a basic haircut, through my experience. However, In January 2020 they raised their price of a basic haircut from $15 to $16. Prior to this, Corporate took away customer loyalty discounts which gave you a free cut after about 13 cuts. As it was, the price @ $15 was a little high for a tight wad like me. Then they added this increase from $15 to $16 in January 2020. That was the straw that broke the camels back. I"ll be searching for a new place. From a quality perspective, it's not a bad place to have your hair cut if you don't mind the prices I've mentioned above, but for me, it's a little more than I want to pay to a corporation. I'd rather find a cheaper place and give a better tip to the girls who actually...

I'm very happy with the haircut I received today from Megan. She listened to what I had in mind, she offered suggestions and she took her time. She was a professional in every way, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great stylist. I just moved here to Rome and was looking for a stylist, my hair had grown out due to Covid shutdowns and I was flip flopping between growing it out and cutting it all off again. I finally got irritated with it and just made a call to the closest salon that could take me same day and Megan was able to accommodate. I am extremely happy I made the decision.
