Riverside Skateboard Park — Attraction in City of Schenectady

Its a self built park by the local skaters. 99% of the time every one is pretty relaxed and inviting. They aren't a fan of Scooters/bikes due to possible damage to the ramps or rails. Just be respectful and everyone will be cool🙌🙏 It's the Local spot for these fella's. As a skater who doesn't live there. I've never had much beef with anyone. They just wanna keep it clean and proper. And that's understandable because these guys built this place...

This place is a sanctuary for local skateboarders and artists. What was once rundown abandon tennis courts is now a community space full of life and culture. It’s a pleasure to skate here. The obstacles are ever changing and improving. The locals are friendly and helpful. This place is a second home to some including myself. I highly recommend...

I have been skating here for 4 years now and in that time it has build such a strong community. I see so many diverse groups of people enjoying this skatepark that was built by skaters. They do a good job of keeping the area clean...
