I called & visited a lot of different vape stores looking for a specific accessory for my vape & I was disappointed to say the least.

When I called EVOLVE smoke shop it was late but I was still greeted professionally & invited to come in. The location was convenient & it was easy to get to & once inside it was clean & had a large variety of things for both vapers & for smokers. Although the employee (I now know is the owner), was knowledgeable of the products as well as what I was looking for, he still researched (online) my specific vape. The fact that he wanted to make sure that the piece I was asking for was the (right) piece I actually needed, was very impressive. He could have tried to upsell me or sell me the wrong piece so I’d have to come back & buy another, but he didn’t.

The following review is for upstate CBD. I accidentally put it underneath evolve smoke shop. I apologize for the confusion. It's really great to have a place where you can get what you need locally. That being said the line was super long. The selection was amazing and the staff was wonderful and well educated. The prices were ridiculously high and when you added the state tax it gets rather ridiculous. But, I guess you take the good with the bad. Overall, it's a great place. I just wish it didn't cost so much. I am also a regular at evolve smoke shop. I love it. They have a great selection at very reasonable prices. I loveeee this smoke shop. The store owner is one of the sweetest guys ever and he is so nice. His prices are amazing and he always has whatever I need in stock. Always asking for recommendations on what else to get in order to better improve his store. From asking me which flavors I like the most to giving me different things to try and making sure I follow up with him on my opinions on each of his new products. One of the most caring store owner’s you could find that honestly cares about engaging with his customers while making sure that he’s serving the best product that he knows his customers want.
