Bottom Line Up Front: I was completely satisfied with the undercoating application on my brand new 2023 Camry and even more satisfied with the stellar service I received at Soft n Cushy courtesy of Pavel the owner. Highly highly recommend Soft n Cushy for this service! Do not be fooled or dissuaded by the look of the place; its humble and not state of the art in modest surroundings but this is a true “Mom and Pop” shop operation and my experience with the service was simply fantastic! Pavel (the owner) was great! He professionally and thoroughly answered all my questions before getting started and throughout, explained the product and product application process in great detail, and his pleasant, energetic, enthusiastic demeanor all inspired confidence that I had come to a good place to get this done and done well. Pavel’s pride of ownership and great customer service shone through brightly and I am glad I took a chance on this place for this service. I really felt valued as a customer and Pavel conveyed to me a sincere desire to make sure I was completely satisfied. Outstanding! I liked the wax-lanolin based product they applied (PFC) and based on my research, is similar to fluid film. Can't speak to which is better; no experience with fluid film but I imagine this PFC will hold up very well based on what I saw and felt after it was applied. Seems like sturdy, quality durable yet flexible protective coating that displaces moisture rather than trapping it like some of those rubberized coatings I have seen. Pavel says it should last a couple years and only ever need the occasional touch up. Based on what I saw and felt of the applied product I am inclined to agree but time will tell exactly how long. TLDR: Got an 8000HD snow-ex plow with downward pressure and it's the best one I've ever used. Hooking/Unhooking takes literally 60s or less. The controls in the truck are easy. Soft-n-Cushy and it's customer service are responsible, responsive, and knowledgeable.

I wanted to wait a year/season before I did a review to be as genuine as I can. After much calling around I made an appointment in October 2021 with Pavel to get a snow plow. I had a ton of questions and he and his technician were patient with answering. They Provided me with information and pamphlets and pricing. I went home researched some and settled with the Snow-Ex 8000HD for my 2500 Silverado. This is my first time owning a plow, I've operated some really old ones before with previous jobs. This plow is awesome, like dude seriously. It's so dang easy. I couldn't remember how to hook it up at first after it say until the first snow fall and called Pavel late into the evening and he guided me over the phone the correct way. Now hooking/unhooking up the hydraulic plow literally takes 60 seconds. The longest part being having to line up to it. It has a downward pressure to make back dragging so easy and it follows the contour of the road/driveway. I got it inspected by them this October 2022 to make sure it's still good and they did. They have 2 year warranty thing I can't remember much on honestly but I didn't need to use it. No regrets. I'll use them for my plow...

After ‘shopping around’ at a few places, as anyone would do before spending a significant amount of money, I ultimately decided to purchase the items I wanted for my truck at Soft N’ Cushy. Bottom line? Solid decision!

Pavel (the owner) was responsive, helpful, and more than fair at every step of the way. The quality of work done was exactly what I expected, and at 10-15% less than other quotes I had received, I knew Pavel wasn’t doing the work to get rich off of me!

Rust proofing, spray in bed liner, tonneau cover, remote starter, and warning lights for plowing ...all the items from my truck...I think it’s safe to say they know what they are doing over there. Thanks to Pavel and his team for taking care of my truck. I’m not sure that there’s anything more that I’d even want to do at this point, but 100% I’ll be back if I think of anything!

Last thing to say is that I needed them to do my job over a few appointments, requiring me to go back a few times (that’s on me - no big deal). EVERY time I brought it in, it seemed that I was getting a call to say it was all done and ready to be picked up. Maybe it’s just me, but I couldn’t have been happier with how FAST they got everything done, and how QUICKLY they always got me right...
