Employee was rude. Guy gave me push back about a controller that I found issues with 3 different issues! 1 audio port didn’t work 2 left thumb stick would not work when you click down 3 right thumb stick had bad drift when you make slight movements I play cod and most of the time slight movements are being used during the game. The guy tested the controller as soon as I mention the drift and didn’t test for the other issues just the drift, he got super sassy and kept on saying that it didn’t have drift and just kept repeating himself without letting me get any words in, in no way shape or form did I come off rude because it is to early (11am-ish)to be trying to argue with anyone So I didnt understand why he was like this. I had to push my way in the tell him that it’s something I experienced when playing the game and how I play cod it just happens when I make slight movements. He completely ignored me and immediately with an attitude said do you want the camouflaged one or blue. I requested the blue and he basically didn’t say anything after just gave me the controller. I had asked him a question about the warranty after since it was my first time doing it but it felt like he wasn’t even into answering my question either, If you hate dealing with customers then quit your job. Read moreI got to the mall and was there at 7am this morning and just got out. I was in line to get one box of the journey together pokemon.nkw I take part of the blame for allowing like 6 people go ahead of me in line but in my defence it was my first time doing this sort of thing. I had no idea that they were going to be complete jerks who didn't give a f about anyone else and buy everything they could to the point that when It was my turn I had waited patiently in that line and all I got was five booster packs. I could have gotten more but I felt bad for the people behind me that were waiting almost as long as me. But much of the blame goes to the workers in that place. They had more than enough to get everyone in that line one or two of the boxes. But all they cared about was getting rid of the merch as fast as they could. I felt cheated. The guy at the register even tried to get me to be a member and pay 25 extra dollars to be able to get three off. I will never do this at GameStop at the mall again. I could say more about the people who were buying everything without a second thought about those who waited there with them for over three hours but they are just being who they are. The workers knew they had enough for everyone and let it happen out of laziness. Never again at that store. And if I ever do something like this again, I won't be so nice as to let them form a line and pass me if I get there before them. People have turned into assholes over cards. But...
Read moreOctober 8, 2021. My fiance was trying to get me just dance 2021. The oswego one didnt set aside our preorder. So we requested syracuse after checking route 31 gamestop and they didnt have it. We also requested to have pokemon memories exclusive to gamestop to be put aside if they had one. So the manager was super nice and put both to the side for my fiance. Letting the employees know who it was for. My fiance drove over an hour to get to the store. Once he got there the employee said he already picked the order up. Fiance obviously didnt so asked for the manager. The employee must have saw his manager leave and called his friend and his friend came in and bought the cards and got the game for free from the employee (game was preordered already). So the employees friend walked in and impersonated my fiance with the info of just the game and pokemon cards and the employee didnt check the computer system for the preorder code and gave the game away while his friend bought the last pokemon box (cause friends). The Employee said in order to cancel the game order it would be a $10 fee?!?? For a game my fiance never received?!?! Fiance obviously said he wanted a full refund from the manager and it was granted. But super disappointed about what happened and ruined my birthday gift and my fiances time and gas money.
