This place sells counterfeit merchandise, don’t be fooled by positive reviews. In September 2022 I broke my arm and needed some pain relief so I got the Gold Coast Clear cartridge. The box had a QR code to check the legitimacy of the product. First thing I noticed was the quality of the box. Why would a company make a QR code that rubs off so easily? So you don’t catch onto their scam. This is a fake product trying to convince you it’s the real deal. When you go on the website the QR code directs you to, everything checks out and it’s confirms it’s legit. But it’s not because this website is fake and designed by the counterfeiters to convince you it’s real. So I contacted the REAL company Via instagram and I told them to send me the link to the official authentication website and they did which confirmed I was sold a counterfeit product. I send over all the proof to THC and I told them I’ll be sending it into a lab for testing if I don’t receive a refund. I went in the next day and they gave me a full refund but they wanted the cartridge back so I gave it to them. But unfortunately they didn’t take down any of there counterfeit merchandise so they continued to sell it. Maybe it was because the owner was too busy on vacation to care. Since then they moved so many times it’s hard to keep track and the quality of their business continues to go down. Good shop great service. Prices are steep probably because they know they are the only open spot. Also I wish they had more legit packaging with THC values but it's new. Edit: After a few months of going here I must say it is really hit or miss. The bud tenders are basically as knowledgeable on the subject as the average stoner. The flower is questionable with it having no standard testing done. Many buds have had mold and obvious chemical enhancements. Not to say that I have never purchased good flower here just that it's up in the air whether you do or not. If you're a person from areas out west were marijuana has been legal and the dispensaries are legit you will laugh at this shady establishment. But on the other hand if you are not used to that and you are sick of buying off the street in NY this store can be a breath of fresh air. New edit... I've been going here now since they opened and they have always helped me out until the other day when I bought $100 worth of product that was sub par to say the least. I left the shop for less than an hr and came back to return the item and replace it with something else and was told no. What's worse is the product I bought was replaced in that same hr with a better product. Now I have a $100 of useless trash that is probably mixed with some chemicals. To be honest most reviews of this place are by people who don't know what a good dispensary is. They are just happy to be off the street...
