Concept Auto Group — Attraction in City of Yonkers

This was my first time at Concept Auto Group and let me start by saying I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great selection, great prices and no pressure sales.

The staff was so pleasant from the moment I arrived. I have purchased quite a few cars in my life and I must say that this was, by far, my best car shopping experience ever. Andrew made me feel very comfortable as he showed me around and guided me through the available cars explaining each of them in detail. He was very knowledgeable about their inventory and informative answering every question of mine patiently.

Not only did they go out of their way to make sure I was able to get exactly what I was looking for, while staying within my budget, but they delivered my car to me while I was at work, and took care of registering and inspecting the car for me as well!! That small service that they provided made my life so much easier.

We bought a 2008 Saturn aura my daughter's first car.the owner Tony told me every thing was good brakes were replaced .I think not.the thumping sound was still there.anti-freeze still leaked.service was terrible.they kept the car for a week nothing was done.only the button that they broke was replaced.I took the car to mavis had the brakes and rotors done.spent 700 into the car.then I took the car to minerals to fix leak another 100. Still I need to replace struts and caliper .another 600.what more can I say they are not honest people.they will tell you the car is in great shape until u bring it home.I will never do business with them again and do not recommend any one to go there.Joanne the receptionist lied to me numerous times .going back and forth.I should have checked their reviews before I went there.my advise to Tony is if u want customers to come there and buy cars from u.be honest it is the best policy.what if it was a family member coming to u for a car .would u lie to them.be honest that's all it takes to have a happy customer.May God have...

I was in the market for a high end yet second hand premium car and I knew exactly what I wanted. I was not an easy customer but the patience and professionalism of the team at concept auto group was remarkable. Tony worked around the clock to find me exactly what I wanted and he delivered - faster and cheaper than I had anticipated.
