It was nice to finally find an establishment offering up fresh meat and also giving out advice on how to properly cook it for the best authenticity. Not many places will actually stop and take the time to get to know the customers on a personal level, but at the butchers fancy, it seems like the Steve air is all about the quality of getting to know each, and every customer that walks through the doors. The sausage casing sticks to every cook surface, splits open and no matter how much you cook it, it comes out gummy. The meat itself has no flavour. Black pudding is just a mess in a plastic tube and again, lacks flavour.
