I have been doing business with Bill and the folks at Westchester Jewelry for only about 1 year but they are the most amazing people. They are incredibly knowledgeable but also practice the most thoughtful and patient customer service I have ever experienced.

I first contacted Westchester Jewelry to find a gift for my then girlfriend to celebrate our first month together. I wanted to purchase a number one pendant for that anniversary. Even though I was only about to spend less than $100, they took as much time with me trying to help me get exactly what I wanted as if I were about to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars. This was particularly time consuming for them as I am blind and they took the time to describe numerous choices of pendants helping me choose exactly the right pendant. Later, as Christmas approached, I wanted to have them create an apple made from a ruby. Again, they took the time to understand my desires and thoughtfully considered my wishes. In the end Bill told me that he was concerned that creating such a custom piece might be too difficult and expensive. I decided to buy a simple but breathtakingly beautiful round ruby instead. They offered me several choices of different qualities of stones and of course prices. My girlfriend was thrilled with the gift. Later as I hoped to propose to the same woman, Bill took a lot of time with me helping me consider exactly what kind and (how expensive) of a diamond I wanted. I chose a custom ring that he had created. Of course, she said yes and when people ask to look at that ring, they marvel at the exquisite stone and beautiful setting. There was no doubt that when we planned to marry, there was no other place to go for wedding bands except for Bill and Westchester Jewelry and once again, Bill took the time needed to help my wife and I select exactly the right rings matching her engagement ring spectacularly. Bill and the rest of the staff at Westchester Jewelry are kind, patient and balance their gentle suggestions with assisting you to choose what you want and at a price you can afford. I don't think I will ever go to any other jewelry store. I am sure I will buy many more pieces from them for birthdays, holidays and anniversaries. This is my genuine and honest perception of their offerings and the way they will treat...

I wanted to write this review after my last purchase from westchester jewelry. Back in November after searching Multiple stores in Queens and Manhattan for a quality gold claddagh ring I came up empty. The stores I visited in those Boros were disappointing as the rings were overpriced, of low quality and the sales persons were very pushy and uninterested in actually helping me to find what I was looking for. I remember from my time living in Westchester my experience at Westchester jewelers, as I currently live in Queens the store is about an hour away but I decided to take the drive because I never left there disappointed and always got high quality jewelry at a great price everytime I made a purchase there.

When I arrived I met with Beth who was polite, friendly and welcoming. She took the time to help me find the ring I was looking for and even went the extra mile to work with me on the price. I left Westchester jewelers satisfied and with a beautiful piece of jewelry at a great price. I highly recommend Westchester jewelers, even if your not from the area take the ride as it’s worth it. I bought an engagement ring for my now fiancé from Billy and all I can say is JUST WOW! Me and my fiancé had gone to two different jewelers before finding Billy. We felt that the other jewelers were completely overpriced or we were pressured to pick a diamond they already had. Billy worked with us for months, carefully selecting the diamond and the diamonds around the main stone. My fiancé can be a bit particular and weekly Billy would bring in new oval diamonds for her to see. She wanted something very specific and he never once made us feel that we had to pick a diamond that he brought us, for weeks. Billy worked with us each step of the way and we truly felt that he wanted us to get exactly what we wanted and not settle. He was so excited when she finally picked the oval she wanted, and he custom made a ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL engagement ring. We were so blown away by him and his shop. The price was very reasonable, and his diamond selection each week he would bring was top notch. We set a price at the very beginning and he stuck to our budget.
