Village Plaza — Attraction in Claremont

Beautiful Village bathed in charm. Enjoy a stroll in cool mountain air through Farmers Market on Sunday's...good food restaurants in great abundance...a current movie? Sit on a bench and read-a-book. Peace can be found here! It's beautiful! Dogs walk...children talk...laugh and play as bikers ride bye...all having a good time. Come...join in...you'll love it! Get out of the "dul-drums" be adventuresome...GPS Claremont...take a ride to a little piece of Paradise. A totally refreshing, relaxing experience. Make it a week-end get-away...stay at The Knight's Inn on Indian Hill...(it won't "break-the-bank." P. S. Sunday Farmer's Market is one on THE BEST anywhere around. On my top 10...

Claremont is such a special quaint town to walk around and enjoy. The square itself is located in the newer section in Claremont and has restaurants, shops and a Laemmle's Claremont 5 movie theater. It is reminiscent of Old Town Pasadena but on a smaller scale. We had dinner at Kazama's which was delicious and since we're on a sushi kick these days and then had cappuccinos at Le Pain. Oh and there's free parking ! Don't miss walking across the street to the old section of Claremont and visiting Some Crust bakery. It's my favorite 😀 and sure to put a smile...

It's a unique and diverse little downtown or "village". Plenty of small shops and restaurants, just a fun place to hang out and grab a bite to eat. Eureka burger is always a go to when you can't decide; The back Abbey is a special place if you've never been there, just find a table, sit down and they will serve you promptly.
