The store is very disorganized and has the weirdest layout. It was impossible to find anything unless I asked an employee if they had something specific. The card selection is not great, considering the store name is about greeting cards. The employees were friendly, but were not very familiar with their inventory, which made my asking about it all the worse. Most disappointing, though, was that I had been told by management before the transition that although the name of the store was changing, the inventory would be the same, but it isn't --- AT ALL. Specifically, I used to be able to buy Annalees there (which are hard enough to find as it is), for reasonable prices, but the manager there now thought I was asking about ceramic dolls, and when I explained what Annalees are to him he said they would definitely not be carrying them anymore. I asked him why they told customers their inventory wouldn't be changing like that and he apologized that I was wrong. Cute place to shop but it's not even close to what it used to be in quality. It's like a poorly made, more cheaply made, Hallmark store.
