This office is absolutely terrible. The staff is not helpful or friendly at all. Especially when I had to give them paperwork, I feel like they don’t want to fill it out and do it. Very lazy and rude. The doctor I have been seeing was Jesse Clayton. I’ve been complaining to him since about 30 weeks now of my pregnancy with how hard It has been getting for me. They do not care about their patients. I’ve been suffering with water weight and swelling especially my feet and vomiting constantly. Not to mention, I get dizzy and have already black out from being on my feet working in the heat and lifting things off the ground to my table/ station. This pregnancy has not been easy for me. Having to work 6 days a week, 8 hours and driving an hour each way. It’s beginning to put a toll on my mental health as well, one day off a week is not enough rest. My job requires me to lift max up to 45 pounds I get no help, I have to reach over high shelves to get boxes, pull heavy racks in and out of tight small freezer spaces bumping into things with the limited space and bumping into my stomach because obviously I’m pregnant. I’m afraid I might hurt the baby with the things I have been doing. Also, Having to pull heavy U boats that are stacked with boxes of supplies, having to stretch over to do my work and pulling and lifting racks over a hill ramp to other departments at my job. I explained this with my doctor and told him it has honesty become to painful on my back and hips and the doctor's and staff do NOT care about how you feel Especially now that I’m in my third trimester. I am 34 weeks and its just getting harder to work, I was so upset I even cried to the staff begging to let me out of work. I was told I have to work up till my due date. Meanwhile, other staff members told me different things like telling me at 36 weeks I can get signed out by a doctor then some other lady there said no? My husband even called the day before and they said that they would give me a note to get me out of work without medical reason and that was fine I just physically can’t do it anymore as long as it gets me out of work and to rest now and My job said they will not put me out it’s up to the doctors. Then the next day when I called, they said they can’t give me a note, I explained to them that my husband called and that’s what they told him. So at this point I’m so confused and Frustrated. so terrible. The way this office treats you. I don’t understand why they can’t sign me out of work especially with the things that I’ve been doing at my job and how terrible I’ve been feeling. If I would've known they couldn’t sign me out I would have found another doctor but being 34 weeks it's too late for that now no one is going to take me this pregnant. Now I feel uncomfortable with the doctors here because i feel like they don’t care about me, they obviously don’t care about my baby, I even requested to see a new doctor they said they couldn’t take me in for the same week and pushed it out further with a new doctor i said ok as I don’t really have a choice at this point, I’m upset with Dr. Jesse Clayton bc He was supposed to call me back numerous times on different days and never did. I don’t really feel comfortable and don’t want him to deliver my baby. I just feel like they don’t care at all and it’s a terrifying experience for me especially with this being my first pregnancy. If I could work up to the end l 100% would but l am in that much pain and I feel like I’m being unheard and it has been a terrible experience for me at this Clark office. I am getting overwhelmed and frustrated and I’m trying to not get upset because I don’t want to harm my baby’s health. Its been absolutely awful for me and I will not obviously be coming back here for my second. This is also my very first time ever writing a review on these things that's how upset I am with the staff/office and Ive never had such an experience like this anywhere...
Read moreI liked how the office used to operate before. The customer service was better, less wait time on the phone and staff was more politely, even the patients in the waiting room were talking about how bad customer service has gotten. They need to understand that patients sometimes wait weeks or even months to see their specialist. Whoever was confirming appointments calls my number and I asked her if Dr had any earlier openings due to some other meetings that popped in my calendar at work and she said not he did not have any other times - I asked which was the next soonest appointment and all she said was “ I cannot reschedule appointments, I can only confirm or cancel, you can call the office and schedule New appointment, your appointment has been canceled have a good day” I never told her to cancel my appointment in the first place, and she did not even give me a chance to answer back. So of course now I have to call the office and be on hold for a long time. I had to fall 2x and waited for over 20 minutes. I finally got someone who added me back to the schedule for a later time which I unfortunately had to take. I call back the next day just to see if anyone had canceled so I can be move to an earlier spot and the receptionist tells me that I don’t have an appointment and the next one she can give me was 3 weeks from my appointment - this was very upsetting- after waiting on the line the receptionist was able to add me back to the schedule. I asked for a supervisor and was transferred over and of course call disconnects- I called back and left a message (supervisor left me a voicemail a week after my appt ). On the day of my appointment, upon checking out, the he receptionist tells me the doctor will call me back with my results. I asked her if it wasn’t better that she adds me to the schedule to ensure the doctor is able to manage his patients better- she says “no because the doctor will decide how to contact you “ I’m still waiting for my doctor to...
Read moreI never write bad reviews but they do some funky stuff with insurance billing.
The woman working the front desk is highly incompetent and rude. I should of never booked an appointment with her attitude but I went ahead anyway. They were able to get me in within the week I called which was nice. However, the same rude woman on the phone was the same one that was there when I got to my appointment. I would be REALLY careful with this one because this woman was trying to bill me for services that I did not ask for.
I came in for only my annual and talk about birth control. The woman working the front desk told me that if I ask anything about birth control she would have to bill me for a new service. (I later called my insurance company about this and they reported that discussions around birth control and reproductive health are all under the Annual and should not be billed as anything else.) I don't know exactly what the front lady billed me as but I ended up having the pay about $60 copay even though with my insurance getting an annual is $0.
All of this caused me to not have an in-depth conversation with my Dr. about my reproductive health and exploring birth control options (which is the point of an annual!). Furthermore, I had to get on the phone with my insurance company and another woman working the billing department to get this rectified. I ended up getting a full refund, however I later got a bill for $20... it didn't make sense.
I've NEVER had this happen at any other OBGYN office but I will definitely NEVER come back to this place. It's awful. Additionally, there was a woman having a "private" convo with her doctor in a patient room and I could hear the entire conversation from the lobby. This location has incompetent office staff and the office is old and possibly not HIPPA compliant.
BEWARE and if you take a chance MAKE SURE THEY ARE BILLING FOR THE...
