Update to my previous review as of May 2023. New name, maybe new ownership. Changed name to Clark Nails late last year I believe. Quality has gone down hill. Lots of techs left. New faces every time I go in. This last time was the last straw for me. Got a male tech, it was his first day. His station wasn't set up. He didn't quite know how to work hard gel. Took 90 mins for a fill and my nails look terrible - overly thick and uneven. Had to get other techs involved multiple times because the shape was wrong, he didn't file enough, he didn't buff enough, couldn't replicate the design I wanted - it was a mess. I finally just wanted to get out of there! I tried to tell the kid at the front with braces how horrible the service was, and he didn't care. Charged me $85 for a hard gel fill with 2 colors, a design that in my opinion, is not that complicated, and one broken nail. I will not be back. Do better!
An upscale, clean and professional nail salon. The techs really know their trade. They take pride in their work and the owners/operators take pride in the establishment... and it shows! Cindy is amazing and gets me out of there in half the time it takes other shops.... and with better results! Please note, you pay for quality here! There are plenty of cheap salons in the area where you will get a cheap manicure that will only last 3-5 days but not here! I get a hard gel fill that lasts...

I’ve been here on several occasions to try out different techs and I’ve been disappointed far too many times by the lack of professionalism and attention to detail. Just to give a few examples:
I’ve had to file my own pedicure because the tech was not skilled enough to use the machine shorten my nails and refused to use a hand file. I booked a set removal and the tech decided to use a card to pop off my existing acrylic rather than file and soak off the nails. A tech cut my cuticle bed on 4 out of 10 fingers causing me to bleed and have a painful experience. On more than one occasion, I’ve had the paint completely chip off my nails the day after the service. I’ve been rudely told I’m too picky when asking the tech for base options for a French manicure. Mind you, the conversation was no longer than a minute. Admittedly, I could pass for a high school student, but as soon as I told her I was 30, her tune changed; likely because she wanted a good tip.
Overall, it seems like management wants their techs to perform the services as quickly as possible without regard to the quality of work or decent customer service to generate as much revenue as possible. I’ve tried out several techs but unfortunately have been disappointed...
Read moreEdit* I was right. Manicure chipped later that evening and just pedaled away the next day. What a waste of money and time.
This was by far the worst manicure & pedicure I have ever gotten. Maybe it’s my fault for going on a Saturday afternoon but it only took 40 minutes for both which cost $50! There was no leg massage and when I asked they said I had to get a spa pedicure, so I asked if I could pay for 10 min massage and they wanted to charge me $15. I have never paid more than $12. After they filed my finger nails and put oil on they asked me to wash my hands with no soap and they never cleaned my nails with remover so she painted on top of not clean clean nails. I bet this polish chips in a day. On top of it all they used a super rough nail file and left rough edges to my nails, when I mentioned it to the guy at the check out counter he told me it’s was rough because it was my nature nail and not gel. I said no it was because she didn’t use a fine file to smooth it out. He asked if I wanted to go back and get it filed more but at this point I was completely done. Another girl at the drying table said the same thing happened to her toes and they argued and laughed at her. Needless to say I will never be returning and I advise you to stay...
