I would give this place 4-5 stars if not for the fact that you guys have a very rude cashier. Look, obviously not everybody goes to Smash Burger on a daily- I don't have every item memorized off the top of my damb head. She asks me "what kind of fries do you want with your meal," and after I simply ask her what kind of fries they offer, she goes crazy and starts having a bad attitude with me. Not just that, but she then MUMBLES under her breath "do you want everything on your burger," and I heard it as "do you want anything ELSE on your burger," to which I hesitantly answered with "no." Obviously this was a simple miscommunication error, which could've been solved easily if she just repeated her question in a CLEAR, CALM manner, but it's clear that wasn't the case here. She proceeds to roll her eyes and and loudly goes like "I SAID DO YOU WANT EVERYTHING ON IT," all with an extremely bad attitude. My boyfriend and I ordered two small cups, which we waited for after she gave us our receipt, but she still wouldn't give them to us- we had to ask another employee to give them to us, which is absolutely ridiculous. As we sat down and ate, this same girl would glare at me from a distance? Girl, what do you want me to do, you've inconvenienced us all day as it is. There was another cashier who was sweeping the dining room and all she did was pick up our trays once we finished eating and asked if we enjoyed our meals- SHE left us happier in the 2 seconds she talked to us as opposed to the first girl. Sorry but overall, this experience is not even deserving of 2 stars, all because of that one cashier. We will be taking the long trip to go to Mooyah instead from now on. Sorry to those employees who treated us right, tell your coworker to fix...

Please don’t order from this location. Every single time, the food arrives cold—like straight-out-the-fridge cold. After a long day of work, the last thing I wanted was another headache, but that’s exactly what I got. The delivery always takes 45 minutes, and yet the food somehow still shows up like it’s been sitting out forever.
Customer service? Horrible. The manager? Even worse—completely unhelpful and dismissive. I asked about getting a refund, and they told me to go through Uber Eats, even though they could easily check their own cameras to see if my order was packed correctly. It clearly wasn’t—sloppy presentation, missing items, and careless prep.
I’ve never had to call out a spot for missing food before, just cold meals. But this time? Enough is enough. And here’s another heads-up: if you order through the app, you won’t earn points—you only get rewards in-store. And if it’s for just their app exclusively and not Uber I wish that was explained.
This is the third time I’ve had to fight for my money back. Why isn’t this bold and big in the terms and conditions for food service apps and from restaurant. If the bag is sealed, why can’t they take accountability? $9.99 I’m not letting that go!
If you have another location nearby, go there instead. This one’s just...
Read moreMy husband insisted on using a GC he received. I raced to get there before 9:30pm and was a bit surprised to see the cleanup for closing already underway. A very young man took my order - he was definitely new - I had to repeat my name and the order twice. No big deal. While I waited for my order, he made my milkshake. I saw that what he made only filled 2/3’s of the cup - I was hopeful he would make a little more or redo it but instead he added a ton of whipped cream to fill the dome. I said something and the cook jumped right into a conversation with him and told him it was ok! And then told me the shakes are measured by weight and it was done right. No it wasn’t ‘done right’ - ‘done right’ happened when he made a full shake for the girl that was behind me. I was given my to-go bag and had to remind them that I hadn’t paid yet. Maybe if they weren’t so focused on cleaning up 35 minutes before closing, their service would be better. In hindsight, I should have walked out when the cook pacified the employee and jilted the paying customer. As expected, my order was wrong when I got home but at that point, Smashburger was already dead to me....
