So many visits to this store have been unpleasant, last night was one of the worst! I couldn’t even have fathomed an experience like this. We were treated so rudely, blatantly rude, that I will never shop here again. I have shopped at Hallmark, in general, for years, and I think I’m done. Store after store, the experience is just getting worse and worse. The woman at this store is so rude that she will drop your jaw, it was so bad I may need a tmj specialist because mine is still displaced. There are so many rude workers at this location that’s it’s unreal, maybe it’s a location issue or upper management, not sure but it’s an awful experience way too often. Good luck little green apple in Clawson, it’s too bad you consistently find the most unfriendly, unhelpful workers. The store is average at best. I would think with how over priced items are at Hallmark, and this is not about the prices, they would at least offer customer service! I have paid much less for much better and felt way more welcomed and appreciated for my business. I carry a platinum status with Hallmark, how you get to that level is by spending a lot of money, Here is a little side-note to your workers you probably don’t need to follow people around at this level because they don’t get to this level using the five finger discount. I’m a paying customer so I don’t need to be hovered over throughout the entire store neither does anybody that...

Whether I’m shopping for a birthday, anniversary, or holiday, I can always count on Hallmark to have the perfect card that expresses exactly what I want to say. Their selection is unmatched, offering everything from sentimental and heartfelt messages to lighthearted and funny options.
Beyond cards, the store is filled with unique gifts, candles, ornaments, and keepsakes that make any occasion extra special. The seasonal collections, especially around Christmas, are a personal favorite—I can never resist their beautifully crafted ornaments and home décor.
The staff at Hallmark stores are always friendly and helpful, making shopping there an enjoyable experience. They often have great promotions and rewards programs, making it easy to save while picking up thoughtful gifts.
While the prices can be slightly higher than generic card stores, the quality and sentiment behind their products make it worth every penny. If you’re looking for something special to brighten someone’s day, Hallmark is the perfect place to shop. Highly recommend stopping in for a dose of nostalgia and heartfelt...
Read moreMy visit to Hallmark earlier today was deeply disappointing and frankly, quite alienating. I was in the store for approximately ten minutes, Browse the aisles for a specific item, and despite being the only customer present for much of that time, I was completely ignored by the staff. I understand that employees can be busy, but a simple acknowledgment or a quick "hello" goes a long way. What made the experience particularly frustrating was witnessing a stark contrast in treatment. Shortly after I entered, another customer walked through the door and was immediately greeted warmly and asked if they needed assistance. This disparity in service felt intentional and was incredibly unprofessional. To be in a store for ten minutes without a single employee making eye contact or offering a welcome is unacceptable, especially in a retail environment like Hallmark, which prides itself on sentiment and connection. I left the store feeling undervalued and overlooked. It’s a shame, as I usually enjoy the selection at Hallmark, but the lack of basic customer courtesy has left a sour taste. I expected better service and a more inclusive atmosphere. I will be taking my business elsewhere...
