8/20/2025: This location should get some sort of award. Guess they decided to close early AGAIN. Maybe they should stop standing around inside and come over to the drive thru window and let everyone waiting in line 20 minutes know this.
8/14/2025: If you think waiting in the drive thru for 25 minutes is good service then they are great.
6/6/25: Guess they just felt like closing at 12:30am instead of 3am.
5/4/25: Always out of something here. Lately it's been hot sauce. Tonight they have some so I ask for 5 and I get 22! How stupid.
10/16/24: Again, "Our system is down". What a surprise. Time for a new "system".
10/2/2024: Fix your business - shutdown and can't take any orders at this time.
9/30/2024: This location is such a joke. "Sorry, we can't take any orders right now, we're under an emergency shutdown."
9/22/2024: Every other Taco Bell in the area closes at 2am except this one. They close at 10pm. You guys are awesome.
9/10/2024: “Our system is down so we can’t take any orders”. This is a regular occurring event here. Time for a new system.
8/30/2024: Once again, “our system is down so we can’t take any orders”. Is this Taco Bell secret code for it’s time for a smoke break out in my car behind the building? Time for a new system.
8/25/2024: The drive thru line is so long and slow you might die from starvation or old age. The only people that survived are the ones that took off and went to Del Taco.
6/26/2024: Maybe some sort of intentional work slowdown is going on this week? Tried twice and the drive thru line is long and slow. Maybe the manager's on vacation this week.
2/21/2024: Can't order because their "system is down" AGAIN. I don't have this problem anywhere else but this Taco Bell. Time for a new system or try rebooting after hours when customers aren't trying to order.
11/20/2023: Now their "system is down" so no one can even order. Taco Bell is the only place this happens.
11/16/2023: Forget it. Where did the Freezes go? None on the mobile app.
8/17/2023: Canceled my mobile order. Gigantic drive thru line going nowhere except for the cars that were turning around and leaving.
1/27/2023: New Year, same old Taco Bell. Closed early AGAIN. This place is a joke. Let's see how long before I come back this time.
12/29/2022: "Sorry, Doordash and moble orders only." They try hard here to loose business.
9/24/2022: Another vote for most useless fast food app. Order ahead with the app if you can then wait in the long drive thru line then wait for them to make the order. Why even have an app?
2/25/2022 update: This location just closes whenever they feel like it. What kind of Taco Bell closes at 8pm on FRI and SAT nights. Good thing Del Taco is right across the street.
5/17/2019 update: Here we go again. Cars lined up around the building and NO NACHO CHIPS. How does a Mexican restaurant manage to run out of nacho chips.
4/20/2019 update: This location has improved a lot lately. Fast, friendly, open and they actually have food to purchase. I'm changing my review from 2 to 5 stars.
6/19/2017 follow-up: How does this Taco Bell keep it's franchise license? Last week no beans again. How do you run out of powered beans? Other recent visits included a long list of items they "don't have tonight". They also seem to randomly close whenever they feel like it. Last night the sign says open until 2:30am and they were already closed at 12:30am. This has happened multiple times. They don't post a sign or turn off any lights but instead leave you sitting at the drive thru to eventually figure it out for yourself. Good thing Del Taco is across the street.
Original post: This Taco Bell location is a joke. Always slow. This time no beans, last time no sour cream. What kind of Mexican restaurant doesn't have beans or sour cream? They need to learn to...
Read moreI give this taco bell location only 1 star simply because I cannot give it 0. This is by far the worst taco bell I have ever been to. It is the closest location to my home but I will forever drive farther to another location because there has not been a single time I have been here that they have not messed up my order. They are often out of stock of cup sizes and to top it all off take at least 10 minutes per order. I am very displeased.
Tonight was the the last straw. My boyfriend, myself and our roomate went to this one, because as I said, it is the closest. It too close to 15 minutes to get to the window, then the cashier didn't even check how much cash my boyfriend gave him so took a dollar (not that big of a deal so we didn't say anything) but then he also handed us out bag and said "have a good night" so we pulled out of the drive through and headed towards home. We almost immediately checked to see if everything was there and out of 5 items that we ordered they have us only 2. So we went back and saw that there were 4 cars in line for the drive through and were not about to wait another 20 minutes so I knocked on the door. The guy came up and asked if we were missing some of our order, which tells me that they do this kind of mess up often. He told me I would have to go through the drive through again, to which I replied I was not going to wait in line again for that long. He walked away, came back and said again that I would have to go through the line. At this point I was livid and snapped that I was not waiting another 10 minutes at least for the food. He shrugged and said you have to. I said to him that I was never going to come back to this location again, we pulled out without the food and drove to the further away taco bell which we are were through their line in less than 4 minutes. At this point my food that was given to us the first time is cold and soggy but since we had just wasted so much money I was not going to order more.
Just avoid this location at all cost. I really hope that they go out of business very soon. I can't believe that they are still opperating At this rate. With every mess up they have done to us, I am sure that they have screwed over...
Read moreWe hadn't been to Taco Bell in several years. We've been going to their major competitor (Del Taco), because of their great vegan/vegetarian options, of which Taco Bell (at one time) had very few of, if any. I am pleased to report that Taco Bell has remedied this omission on their menu, as we found out yesterday when we visited the store. My teen grandchildren enjoyed the regular beef tacos, while I was able to order a tasty black bean veggie burrito supreme. The burrito was quite good, except for the addition of artificial "smoke" flavoring that was added to one of the ingredients in the burrito (rice? beans?). I could have done without that, especially since it is not a flavor that is traditional to Latin food. (Who wants a fake, smoky barbecue flavor in their Tex-Mex foods? Not I, for certain.) They have several other vegetarian offerings that I am looking forward to trying the next time we go there. Hopefully, I will find some without any added artificial smoke flavoring. I don't think we are going to switch completely from Del Taco to Taco Bell. I still can't forgive Taco Bell for getting rid of their spicier "Green Sauce" as an alternative to their traditional "Red Sauce" that they put on many of their menu items. That's why there are not 5 stars on this review. At least Del Taco still has Green Sauce as an option, and they keep it hot and ready on their stove--they don't serve it in little plastic packets for you to add on to your food yourself. Oh yeah, that's right. Taco Bell stopped selling green sauce completely and don't even offer it on the side in their little packets. Big mistake, Taco Bell. Try harder. (And get rid of the fake smoke flavoring,...
