Found one of the staff members very abrasive when she stated “no refunds on hallmark grinch table top figurines “ Same team member blocking one of two isles with her cart as she restocks the holiday card isle. Wanted to by the figures @$150.00 and 5-10 Christmas cards . Ended up walking out without spending a dime....
