Legend Point Condominiums and Marina — Attraction in Clear Lake Shores

Make sure that you read your lease. Office staff is moody and the marina is in terrible shape. The apartments need a lot of updates. If you are looking for cheap and unprofessional service this is the place for you. You need to replace the staff that you have to improve your facility. Apology accepted but I was willing to do anything to leave the run down facility. The staff will treat you good in the beginning to gain business but beware after you sign your name. They will not contact you to tell you that your lease is up and will charge you if for an entire month even if you put in a notice prior to leaving. Never missed a payment and forced to pay more money. Both of the ladies are rude and never polite. If you hate your job and work at a subpar company do not take it out on others go back to school and learn another trade or profession instead of being bitter and nasty towards others. I just have a couple things to say about this place starting with the good thing the ladies in the office always nice and try to help people and help us in anyway that they can the harbormaster is always trying to keep everything going and keep everybody happy to that is some of the good things about this place the bad things about this place the owner of this place has no consideration of nobody like going through a pandemic and trying to pay what you can pay at a time when you are not working and they want to foreclose on your boat I could understand if someone was not trying to give nothing but if someone is trying to give whatever they can get in their hands to pay on their rent I believe that the owners auto give a little slack instead of trying to take people stuff again like I said the ladies in the office the harbormaster has always tried to help and be there for the tenets but it sometimes their hands are tied behind their back’s and they have to do what the owner says and that’s all I’ve got to...

the marina is clean and well maintained. The office ladies are outstanding. They were very helpful in my transition to this marina. The security is great with a gated entrance and police paroling often. The slip is well maintained ,and has water power and cable. West marine is right across the street and many other marine supply store are very close.

Update: After 1 year at legend point Once you signed a lease with legend point your locked in. They will not let you out early under no circumstances. Its a cheap (only takes cash check or money order) marina with basic amenities near the kemah boardwalk. There no floating piers, and theres always something wrong.
