Stayed at the marina for 31 days, after 2 weeks they billed me per day even though I requested in advance a full month. Apparently they only allow a max if 28 days and then you need to leave. Most of this staff is rude and arrogant. The general manager especially and one of the workers Hai. All the women were awesome, Steve the absolute best hands down. We need more Steve's at that marina and the general manager should be fired. I was having an issue with my steering and he threatened me saying I was stealing electric yet they were still billing me. He came up to my motor yacht and said yea your done here, untied me before I was powered up and I had to limp across the channel in high winds. The next day due to heavy winds and no steering I wound up into someone's back dock. No damage but if they had let me stay I wouldn't had so many issues and I was going to pay. But the manager is retired officer and still thinks he's an officer on duty. It was a horrible $1400 experience.furthermore, the power trips often. Be prepared for power outages. Wifi didn't work for 3 weeks also. And gate code constantly stopped working. Even the boat rental guys used a cable to keep door ahar cause it...

She would ask a question then when we tried to answer would tell us to shut up like we were kids then made us sign trespass sheets. Can you believe 4 days later she came to my residents because she had got in trouble for not doing her report correctly and asked for help with names and numbers of the owners and never...
Read moreAbsolutely alluring views of the waters beneath and around the Clearwater Memorial Causeway. There are small parks close to the harbor for strolls replete with a few pet waste bag dispensaries.
We were delighted by a visit from a local raven who stationed himself on the driver's side mirror (see photo).
Bonus: If you visit early in the morning, you will see Larry, a wise and elderly gentleman who fishes at the pier where the water taxi comes and goes. He's usually accompanied by a heron and an egret.
Ask him about the area and its history for a little meaningful insight. Just don't overstay your visit, he has...
