Stay away for your own good. I ended my membership here within two weeks due to repeated disrespectful treatment by staff when asking for basic things like coffee. I also noticed that while most members seemed comfortable, I consistently received negative reactions when making simple requests.

I raised these concerns directly with the co-owner. In writing, she assured me I would receive a full refund of both my deposit (which was contractually guaranteed) and remaining funds. Despite that, I have not received the refund. Instead, I was contacted by a lawyer representing the business, who sent me a letter falsely accusing me of defamation and stating that I would only get my deposit back if I signed a legal document taking back my experience. They have no proof of any defamation because I never defamed them.

I was shocked by this response. Rather than handling the matter professionally and honoring their written promise, the business chose to apply legal pressure. I have attached photos to this post to back up what I am saying. Customers should never be placed in a position where they feel coerced into silence in order to recover money that is rightfully theirs.

I am not signing this because I will not lie about my experience to receive what is rightfully mine. I guess they will just be keeping my deposit and funds since they refuse to refund them as legally agreed. They will have to answer to Jehovah Sabaoth (God) on this one.

Based on my experience, this approach shows a serious lack of accountability and integrity. I cannot recommend this business and would urge others to proceed...

Being a part of The Ring Workspaces community is an unbelievable experience. The attention to detail speaks not only to the beauty of the space and professionalism of the staff, but also to the environmental focus on well-being and performance. I have a private office where I can see clients, and I also have access to five conference rooms to host my training sessions and retreats--including the ‘senses room,’ where I can alter the lighting color (green is my favorite), infuse aromatherapy to set the tone for a calm and focused experience, and leverage the smart white board for top-of-the-line technology needs. My membership also gives me access to a variety of other perks like yoga classes, stretching workshops, educational and networking events, community gatherings, and even ping-pong. To stay energized, I can visit the nap pod for a quick meditative refresh and revitalize with a daily dose of fresh fruit and kombucha--all complimentary as part of my membership! The staff are amazing too! They are warm and welcoming, always going above and beyond to proactively attend to my needs.
