Office Depot — Attraction in Clermont

Do not use this location if you are depending on your shipment arriving on specific date. I needed to ship an item overnight on Columbus Day and met with the representatives in the store to ask what my best option was for a guaranteed arrival. The employee told me that USPS and FedEx would both arrived on the same date and time guaranteed. I remarked that it was a federal holiday and that I was surprised that the United States Postal Service would still be able to get the package there the following day by end of business she just smiled and nodded yes and so I said okay if it will arrive tomorrow then I will take that option my package is not going to arrive until tomorrow at 6:00 p.m. because it was not even picked up from the store until 6:00 p.m. the following day after I shipped it with them. Although I am told I can receive my money back when I go face-to-face to the store, which is another inconvenience, my package will not arrive until tomorrow at 6:00 p.m. which is over 72 hours when I gave them my sealed envelope with the postage sticker already placed on it.. the manager stated that their system is not able to discern whether a holiday is on the calendar and therefore gave me a very incorrect date on when my item would arrive. If Office Depot's system cannot figure out when a holiday is for shipping when people are paying for items to arrive on specific dates that I would not suggest using them for anything that is...

Straight entering the store did not get welcomed or asked if i needed help (definite sign of no customer service). Was honestly only looking for pricing for printing some invitations and a poster, if price was reasonable would have placed an order tonight. Waited in line where it says for printing services starts wait to be called......looked around off the bat i see 3 employees and while im waiting there 2 saw me and did not even bother to acknowledge me. Took another look and saw the sign on the counter of printing services say closed so i say hello can someone help me....no one spoke or acknowledged me (not surprised). Walked up to one and said hello can you tell me who can help me with printing services if its closed and he says its closed and I said I see that but can someone help me with prices atleast and he says no I would have to come back tomorrow. So now im frustrated due to its raining and I see they close in 30 minutes so why have people working that honestly mentally clock out in their actions 30 minutes before closing. Makes me miss Staples they were always nice to the minute...

Today, I felt like I was a firefighter as I spent the entire day putting out fires for a big wedding we have tomorrow. I was pressed, tried and tested all day, like for real – for real. But my day got a lot better when I walked into the printing department at Office Depot at 9:23 PM. I met a saint named Jayson. He seemed very passionate about his job as he assisted me. Jayson has a spirit of a saint, as he is humble, professional, an amazing listener and patience. He listened to my questions shared a few tips and ideas.

Jayson went out of his way to calculate the items I was deliberating to purchase as this allowed me to make a well educated purchasing decision. He shared a few different printing options with me, with a smile and he also made suggestions. He never gave me a side-eye {you know, a side way eye roll} as I had a semi-complicated order.

Jayson deserves standing ovation as he made my overall experience a great one. Jayson crushed my order...
