Worst Starbucks ever. Went in today and told the cashier I had a reward I wanted to use. Had to repeat the order at least four times and she didn't apply the reward. when I told her about it, she had no idea what to do, or how to fix it. There was a woman behind me in line, that apparently works there. She had to tell her how to fix the problem. She cancelled the initial order, and re-rang it.
My wife and I both had to tell her the orders multiple times, again. At this point she has heard both of our orders at least six or seven times. She just didn't seem to be getting it.
The second time she rang i up, it came up much more expensive than the first time. When I questioned her, she said she didn't have the first order right and had to fix it the second time around. She then proceeded to charge me again without using the reward, stopped, used the reward and charged me the remainder.
When I got to the counter to pick up my order, they were duplicated, and wrong. I had ordered an extra shot in a iced drink, and she served a nice drink with a single shot in it. II drink that she ordered for me, will serve hot, instead of iced.
The sad part is, the second order was more expensive than the first, and yet it was also incorrect. Had it at least been correct, it may have been a little bit better. Having gone through all of that and still have the order delivered wrong was just adding insult to injury.
This girl was really having a bad day. No matter what she did, she couldn't seem to get our order correct. It was obvious that she wasn't listening at all.
I was pretty frustrated as I left the store and somebody yelled to me from behind the counter and asked what they could do to make it right. To be honest, I was just ready to go. I did not want to bother trying to explain it to them yet again and review my order for the 8th or 9th time. I left the store frustrated and vowed to never visit that specific...

I left a review here last Fall and I stand by everything I wrote here. That said, I just wanted to add one new service observation:
This is the second time recently that I've ordered and paid for a food item that Starbucks belatedly discovered was no longer in stock.
The manager refunded my money and bought me an alternative item as a gesture of goodwill -- to make up for the inconvenience. This is Starbucks "Doing the Right Thing!"
PREVIOUS REVIEW This is normally a very busy location with a steady stream of cars in the drive-thru and dozens of customers inside. Given the popularity of this store, the baristas are constantly working at a frenetic pace and yet the service always seems a little slow.
That said, the baristas are all friendly and the customers, for the most part, are patient and understanding. If you're in a hurry, this is not the Starbucks for you. But, if you want to fully enjoy a great Starbucks experience, this is your Starbucks!
TIP DuJour: Bright sunshine and a steady light breeze remains following a heavy early morning rain shower -- keeping temperatures down to a relatively pleasant tropical 80-something. The forecast suggests sporadic rain showers for the next few days, but at least the temperatures have dropped to sub-nineties. Anyway, "It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood," and a great day to hang-out on Starbucks' patio.
That said, Petco is having some kind of outdoor festival, so traffic in the parking lot is a little challenging. If you're headed to Starbucks today, approach the store from Hwy 50. There's plenty of parking in front...
Read moreWell… I did a mobile order, since my app crash couple times doing the order it did went thru correctly and missed a coffee. I go inside pick my order and I realized about missing one coffee. I go to the counter but a couple was going thru the counter so I let them order first. The cashier that it looks like she’s the manager, started talking about sports. I was impressed of how much pep talk she does while the line continues to grow. When they finished I proceed to the counter and this guy cut me knowing I was first, I did not like his attitude but I explained her about the missing coffee due to the app crashing and if I can order it. She asked me my order, I told her and started apologizing to the guy who try to cut me in the line??? Then she proceeded to tell me that she would take my order but I have to do the line again cause she needs the line to “flow”… Really? She said if that’s ok if not, she then show me the exit. I was static, completely freeze by her words… the guy laughed and she smiled. Hey Heather, not because I have a uniform a little torn means I’m not a person that deserves respect. I respectfully exited the store but believe me you will not see my face there, either my workplace it’s going to buy from there and honestly, to the franchisee owner you just lost not one customer but a couple. Hopefully you guys will improve and don’t lost...
