The Presidents Hall of Fame – A Hidden Gem of American History!

Visiting The Presidents Hall of Fame this past weekend was an incredible experience! This place is an absolute treasure trove for history lovers, offering a unique and detailed look at the lives and legacies of America’s presidents.

The attention to detail in the exhibits is impressive, featuring intricately crafted models, historical memorabilia, and interactive displays that bring history to life. One of the highlights was the incredible miniature replica of the White House, complete with furnishings and decor that showcase the rich history of the presidency. The collection is extensive and fascinating, with so much to see and learn at every turn.

The staff was knowledgeable, welcoming, and passionate about sharing historical insights, making the visit even more enjoyable. You can tell that a lot of love and effort has gone into curating this one-of-a-kind museum.

Whether you’re a history buff, a fan of American politics, or just looking for something unique to explore, The Presidents Hall of Fame is a must-visit! We had an amazing time and will definitely be back to soak in even more history....

😂😂😂 I have a funny story about this statue of Donald Trump from yesterday.

The museum we were at yesterday has been around since 1967. The person who created the place has long since died. One of his protégé from long ago (who is not an artist) took over running the museum. The guys is an absolute wealth of knowledge, and was a complete walking encyclopedia of all things about the White House.

I was walking around the museum and happened upon the Donald Trump statue that was kind of hidden. We were the only people in the place at the time, and I started cracking up because the statue was slightly different from the rest of them.

The curator guy walks up and we started chatting, and I started joking with him about the statue… 😂

Well, wouldn’t you know he’s the guy that created it. No he isn’t an artist but WTH he had to stay current. I felt a mixture of mortification and hilarity at the same time. He was definitely a good sport about it. 😆

I told him I would try to make it go viral for him.

It’s better than anything I could do thats for sure !!!! It was a really fun place to visit and I definitely recommend it if you’re...

Stopped at the Citrus Tower on our way from West Volusia to visit family in Groveland and saw this place from the top. After talking with the Citrus Tower ticket master we decided it might be a great place to take my husband’s mom since she loves the Hall of Presidents at Disney. We walked over and as soon as we reached the door we heard the door lock click and saw the ‘closed’ sign swinging on it’s tacky hook. The sign indicated they closed at 4:00 and it was 3:54. I knocked on the door to see if someone might answer so I could get some info real quick but no one came. I get not wanting to get stuck at work an extra half hour or more but in my experience hiding from potential customers when you have a small business doesn’t make the best first impression, especially when the first one is made by an old parking lot scattered with dirt, statues in need of some repair, and a Cadillac left sitting exposed under the paint and vinyl destroying sun with oxidized paint and flat tires behind plastic chains, which was kind of sad because according to the sign next to it the car was used during the presidencies of...

This place was both exactly what I thought it would be, and much more impressive! The heart of the exhibit is a very large miniature replica of the entire White House, plus detail-specific oval offices for most/all of the presidents. That alone is really cool to look at and peer through the windows. But on the outer walls and when you first come in there are a lot of very droopy wax figures of past presidents (plus their faceless wives...) and the whole place is chock-full of presidential memorabilia of all kinds, including videos that play on repeat, signed documents, and basically a lot of random stuff. One of the best things about the place are multiple photo ops - sitting with the presidents, standing behind an official lectern, sitting at the resolute desk, ect. Your ticket (and the only admission available) is a "VIP" pass good for a whole year. And if they don't tell you when you first come in, look for the red buttons! Pressing them lights up certain displays or causes some action - tho all of them don't work.
