Hibachi Express — Restaurant in Clermont

So today was my second time eating at Hibachi Express the food here is VERY VERY delicious the steak is tender and cooked to PERFECTION the employees are very nice it is definitely my go to #1 restaurant I don’t know any of the employees names but the cashier who took my order to the far right with blonde hair , he was very nice and respectful and he made my order the exact way I wanted it made … Robatas however , didn’t do that they totally forgot my noodles I’ve had their hibachi and it was not appetizing at all I ordered 2 of the same dishes and I paid $42 for nothing the steak was hard it’s was gross … but to HIBACHI EXPRESS from the cashiers to the mangers all the way down to the cooks I love you guys and thank you all so much for making my new hibachi food tasting experience the best ever ps can y’all open on mondays lol I was very hungry yesterday but you guys have the BEST FOOD EVER I will FOREVER be a loyal customer all of you have an awesome shift and God...

Will never return! First of all They have a huge sign stating they are open! Maybe the problem is the management not that fact that everyone in Clermont knows you are there. Ordered the H8 combo supposed to come with steak and chicken and shrimp, I can’t eat shell fish so I asked to double up the steak, spouse ordered steak and double shrimp. They ended up giving our order to someone else so we waited around and then finally walked out front and I think they realize their mistake and got us an order really quick well it wasn’t what we ordered. When we went to the manager to have the problem fixed she stated when you order a double of steak and double of shrimp you only get one extra piece of shrimp. That makes absolutely no sense, It’s called doubling up for a reason you double up. And they didn’t double up my steak they doubled up my chicken. We will never return to this place ever again and then on top of it they charge you $.25 extra for white sauce...

I just can’t say enough good things about this place. The food is fabulous and the menu is diverse with awesome items for whatever mood you’re in. My husband loves the sushi. It’s always made fresh to order and is super delicious. They have a lunch special for less than $8 and it includes an entree and a drink. The portions are generous and I always end up taking a doggie bag home. I like the shrimp hibachi meals. They allow me to substitute a veggie order instead of rice with either lunch or dinner. Crystal is usually the face behind the counter and she is super friendly and will do whatever it takes to make sure the customer is happy. *It is important to know that this is not the kind of hibachi that a chef cooks in front of you. It is still hibachi, just cooked in the kitchen area. The only bad thing about this place is that they are right on the way home from my husband’s work and we have become ADDICTED!! Definitely a must if you like...
