Bloom & Clover Wax Studio — Attraction in Cleveland

The online scheduling was really easy, I loved how I could see each esthetician and their availability for the day on the same page. My experience was alright, I expected more from this studio based on its reviews and online presence. The interior of the place is designed to be modern and a little bit rustic but I felt like it was not complete. It felt cold, impersonal and dusty. One thing that I really didn't like was an open area in the hall where they performed micro blading. I'm pretty sure you want to keep that space pretty clean and not open to every passing individual and their flying germs. I also would not want people to watch me get my service done so why even have it in the open like that with no chance for the privacy. My esthetician was really nice throughout the entire service, although she did not introduce herself during the check in process and made me feel like I should know who she was even though it was my first visit ever. Then at the end I felt kind of rushed to leave, maybe because she had another client waiting. My eyebrows wax was perfect, but the traditional tint did not seem to last two day and I was promised that it would last one to two weeks, so that was a little disappointing. I cannot say enough good things about this wax studio! I saw Adore for my eyebrows and it was hands down the best shaping I’ve ever had. Then I had a Brazilian with Cassidy and it was, without question, the most comfortable, effortless wax I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been waxing for over 10 years, took a little break after having a baby, and was so nervous to resume. Cassidy immediately put me at ease, talked me through the whole process, and made it so smooth I could barely believe I was even being waxed. Yes i have found this place very nice well groomed and clean in the inside customer service was great and the person who did my wax was so good and fast ! Now the best part about it all i used to go to European wax For my services and days after i would always get hair bumps i switch to this place and notice i have not got one hair bump which means the products are great and does not consist of a bunch of heavy metals messing your skin up!
