Cleveland Clinic Fairview Westown Physician Center — Attraction in Cleveland

My daughter is 20 weeks pregnant and we started calling them on December 23, 2024 today is January 2, 2025 and they still have not returned a call back. Needless to say she ended up in the hospital in bad shape. These doctors do not care the baby doctors there are not worth it. They're worth the pennies we spend with them And they really do charge some money for one visit which is ridiculous because you don't provide the care you charge us for my daughter was bad and you guys didn't even care enough to call her back. I am reporting them to the medical board whether it helps or not. It will make me feel better knowing I did this And we would like our money back to every freaking penny spent with you guys because you guys didn't provide any services maybe get new receptionist too they're all freaking cracked out. They don't understand timelines and dates. The one I did finally get a hold of today kept talking about the 17th and 20th nobody even said anything about those two days that means you need to go back and get some better education long story short if you're pregnant I would stare clear of this place because they don't care enough about their patients to even have an office 21 years ago that place was amazing that's the only reason why my daughter went. There is cause I advised it and told her they would be great. I lied to my daughter that place is trash. We've got to see if we receive one phone call and we started calling December 23. It's 2 January and now one person has called back from that place. We called multiple times on-call staff before the office even closed. One of the receptionist said that they was on vacation for over two weeks all 20 of them y'all are sad, pathetic and you had your chance there's no way to rectify this. I'm taking every recording. I have every message all the proof from the pharmacist that they put in request and the emergency room did try to not one time. Did you guys bother to even check on my daughter so now you guys are going to be reported I don't care if the board does nothing about it, but I'm not gonna stop until I know you guys are punished for it because that was dirty play and you hurt my child. You hurt my kid and that will be the last thing you do to my child you're not worth the medical treatment we found another doctor One that will care one that will see that my child is suffering while you guys sit back and watch her your pathetic, ridiculous and just simply sad....

My wife was going to west town clinic for prenatal care. Because Medicaid hadn't gone through they refused an ultrasound and had her set for a c section at supposedly 39 weeks. At 35 weeks they refused to even see my wife anymore, so we switched doctors. Metro immediately gave her an ultrasound and we found out she was NOT 37 weeks but just 31. And they had planned a c section at 32 and a half weeks with Fairview. They didn't know because they never gave her an ultrasound, the main campus wouldn't allow her to schedule it!! On top of that they never returned calls when contacted to schedule or change appointments. They treated us like 2nd class citizens and cared so little about the health of my wife or our child all because Medicaid hadn't gotten approved. DO NOT receive prenatal care here. Doctors don't care about your well being. They have a lab but they won't drawn your blood here. Your appointments won't be less than 2 hrs, it don't matter for what reason you're coming. How can a Doctor know if you have a fracture or something bad if they don't touch, look or make xrays on your injuries?
