Mattress Showcase Wholesale — Attraction in Cleveland

I would give -5 stars if possible! The owner (Chuck) has 2 stores and this warehouse where I assume most of the inventory is stored. I purchased 2 mattresses from his south euclid store which cost me $1400!! The issue that cause me to even stop by this location will be under the south euclid store google reviews!! Me and my 7yr old was greeted with an unwelcoming..How may I help you! Before I could even explain what I stopped in for I had already been racially profiled and told that I was taken care of already and that im the lady that called a hotel...At this point im so confused and asked what are you talking about?!? I asked did he know me..He just kept saying we took care of you already. I asked again do you know who I am? I didnt even get a chance to fully explain what my issue was He said I would need to pay $48 for someone to come out and evaluate the problem. I have photos and video of my problem..before I could tell him that he then said Yeah I cant help you! I asked am I the black lady yall discussed..He immediately became irate and told me and my daughter to get out of his store..Wow!! I was so shocked and my daughter was scared. They sold me a low budget defective mattress thats still in the plastic never been slept on. This is the second one they sent out and I now know they must have discussed me and was upset they had to switch out the 1st one becuase it was damaged along with the box spring. Only to deliver another bad mattress. I only came here because I thought coming straight to the owner would be best. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS IN MY LIFE! My daughter asked me "Why was that man so mean to you mom"..Thank god I have proof of everything and I will be speaking...

I can’t say enough good things about this place! We came here because I couldn’t stand one more night on our nectar mattress bc it was killing our backs. (Side note: If your reading this, at least for us, you should really feel a mattress before buying no matter the reviews. Everyone is different and unique. It’s an expensive mistake) Anyways, We knew we wanted a beauty rest or pillow top around $800 and he helped us with multiple options that were perfect! It was SO hard to choose between our two top picks. He’s got lots of stock so we were able to take our mattress home as soon as we purchased which was what I was hoping for. He was so incredibly helpful and kind without being pushy or overbearing and the whole experience (and mattress) exceeded our expectations and gave us that down home, small business feel we love. We’ll definitely recommend to family and friends!...

I have been meaning to write a review about this awful place for a long time. The inside of this joint was dirty and dusty and crammed with mattresses. I had to wait for too long for someone to even acknowledge that I was standing there. I chose two mattresses and it seemed like they just wanted to pile more extras on them. You couldn't return them if you hadn't gotten a topper for them (I didn't). In the ad, it had a couple of items that said FREE and mixed in, FAST DELIVERY, but it certainly was placed so it seemed like it was FREE. Of course, it wasn't. I had to pay for delivery and they had to delivery it less than 2 miles away. These were not cheap and they WERE NOT GOOD either. I've never had such a lumpy, uncomfortable mattress. I HATE IT. I'm so sorry I ever went into this sorry excuse for a store and I cannot believe any of the complimentary...
