Absolute trash. I went to have a sub and amp installed, but when I left my hood poped up for no reason whatsoever. When I returned to have them fix what they had messed up, they stood around and beat on my hood and insisted they did nothing to it in the first place wich is strange considering not once before they touched my car did the hood come unlatched while I was driving down the road. Terrible attitudes and wouldn't take responsibility for putting me and my passenger in danger by possibly having the hood come through the windshield. Don't waste your time with this place.

Sad I even had to give them one star to review. I would hope the person that responded knows the difference between the front of a car( where the hood is) and the rear (where the trunk is) because no doubt the hood of my car was raised when I regrettably left and trusted them with my car. If they can't tell the hood from the trunk or even take responsibility for damaging someone's property why would anyone want to do business here? I took my 2000 Toyota 4runner here about 2 years ago. I had a stereo and two door speakers put in. Shortly after I noticed my lights in my odometer and in the AC/radio control panel were out. Also my automatic window was now catching on the door panel they removed when installing the speakers in my door. They told me that on older 4runners the lights short out sometimes and they didn't know why. They would not fix my lights that they broke. So, they admitted they damaged my car but would not fix the damage. They also said they didn't cause my window to catch. I came here because I wanted to pay for quality and peace of mind that the job would be done right. They caused damage to my car and refused to fix it. I might as well have paid my friend less and saved some money. Had a remote start put on Honda. Noticed the driver door lock would not work with remote or old fob at this point, then suddenly the car would start and shut off intermediately after using remote start .Called and the guy on the phone seemed really knowledgeable .took car in and it would not do it while there. The gentleman told my daughter to count light flashes when it does this to determine what it could be. Now the car will sit and try to start without pushing remote start until battery dies .Called back and guy on phone said probably the battery. I told him battery was put on in 2017. Im going back up and most likely just have it removed. I have given 1 ssta at this point mostly due to the conversation on the phone with the employee over not offering solution but saying probably the battery after things continue to happen.
