Shops at Church Square — Attraction in Cleveland

Love the amount of food that is given but I don't like the people that work there they are nice sometimes but they have stank attitudes like they're giving you something out of their pocket and I don't understand why you need so much document to get food when you're listed in the system for everywhere else if you have one piece missing you can't get food for that person it's just a little too much to have mail for each member of your family and to have IDs for each person when they are already on your list and sometimes when you go people need their IDs you cant always have them that's why it's documented this is the only pantry that gives you a hard time just to give you something and the wait time is ridiculous you're going to be there at least 3 to 4 hours just to get food even if it's only for one person and there's no parking in the parking is horrible you have maybe 6 slots in the back and 200...

Only place I go to in that Plaza is to wash my clothes and to go to Family Dollar all the other stores I do not go to like City Blue they have knock off tennis shoes treat their employees like s* only hire females because they are Arabs a wraps on the grocery store the fleet be looking spoiled bought meat from there a long time ago and the meat was old and it stink when I open the plastic if anybody go behind the building they would see that they will have a truck that sits back there with meat inside of it they so busy hiring females to work for them they not trying to hire any guys so they can load and put up the meat in the proper freezer temperature so don't never go to that grocery...

I really enjoy shopping at Simon's and the prices are just unbelievable it reminds me of our food prices pre covid, Always great deals and neat and clean and organized. The store is just so well maintained, I love it but my only gripe is that some of the customer service reps can be a little more friendly and acknowledge your presence when you enter the store and when you come in the line I always have to say Hello first before anyone speaks and the deli clerk is awesome but the deli prices are pretty high, but overall everything else is priced really good...
