The look of this beauty salon is very nice. The women that work here not all but at least four of them and possibly even the owner, very childish and unprofessional. I have been there a handful of times and the only reason I went back was giving the benefit of the doubt and I did like my hair.These women sit and make fun of the clients that come in to patronize their business. Making subtle and passive aggressive remarks and jokes about their clients look & hair. Cracking jokes on these people in front of these people and acting if you're speaking of a different situation. I'm sure it's going over no one's head, meanwhile some of these stylists are strapped with guns. So antagonizing people who come to patronize your business, then stylists passing back and forth jokes in front of all customers about customers,as if no one knows what they're talking about. This is very dangerous. I will never go back. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to either. The mentality is a setback for our people. I do not want a reply comment from the owner. Correct...

Been to this place before to get acrylic nails done and loved them. Their nail tech amari truly does great work! However my friend and I made an appointment for two full sets at 5:30 pm. We showed up on time and was told that her client before us wanted to get a full set as well as a pedicure but didn’t tell her about the full set. We were told to come back in an hour and so we did. After coming back we sat for another 30 minutes while she did someone else’s manicure and then after that began to start a pedicure before we finally left two hours after our appointment time. On top of that driving 30 minutes to even get to the place. Sad that my services will no longer be taken there but your appointments should be more important than walk in’s. I come here to see Bobby and she does my eyelash extensions every other week. Everytime i go there this salon always has a decent amount of clients. All the ladies that work there are so friendly. It's a very positive, friendly atmosphere, they are always smiling and Greet you as you come in. Hard to find customer service like that anywhere these days. They are like artists w Hair. They are very good at what they do. And my eyelash lady Bobby is the best lash artist. She's the only one that knows how to do my eyelashes and gets them done in great timely manner. I have very light and short eyelashes so mine are definitely a challenge to do. I drive 2 hours one way every other week to come here so thar alone...
