Larry's Florist — Attraction in Cliffside Park

I placed an order in June directly from their website. I called them to confirm delivery and they advised that they were "closed for business" because they were handling a funeral and would not be able to make the delivery for the flowers ordered. They advised that I would be issued a refund for my order. It has been over 3 months now and I have numerous emails and phone calls placed and have yet to receive my refund. Every single time I reach out it is an excuse that they do not know why the refund hasn't been issued. There has been no urgency to resolve a matter that they were at fault for. I have been rather patient and understanding being that a freaking pandemic happened. At this point the excuses are beyond ridiculous. I've been to this florist multiple times during 2017-2018. Their flowers and trinkets are fresh and clean. I recommend this florists product to anyone that is looking to make their gf/bf/partner/spouse, or other family member, bring a smile to their face. They will deliver or in-store provide your needs with anything you need. I even ordered a gold painted rose for my wife, just one (to make her know she was the only one in my life) - and it made her day - they presented it in a perfect way with amazing greens and wrapping (as well providing me with a large teddy bear for my wife to keep, and small white teddy tear for my daughter).
