absolutely do not recommend this place for multiple reasons. The number one reason being that the people who work there are obnoxiously pushing, I said twice that I did not want the callus remover $60 pedicure and she would not get the paper out of my face and keep telling me that I needed it. I truly should’ve just left them, but it was late and I need my nails done because I had an event the next day. Not only did I know I did not want it or need it, but she scrubbed the side of my toes so much that it’s bright red and sensitive because I did not have a callous there to begin with. They did my manicure and pedicure together, which is OK but considering I spent over $100 to get my nails done And they were finished 40 minutes before the place closed. It wouldn’t have been a problem. Same thing with the massage I agree to a 10 minute massage. I wanted to sit in the chair to get it done, but she made me sit and get my nails dry even though I could’ve easily put them out in front of me and they wouldn’t have gotten wet because I’ve done it in 1 million other nail salons after the 10 minutes was up she continued to say five more minutes even though I kept saying no, I’m good no thank you now. We’ll move on to the actual state of my nails. My fingernails are all different sizes and shapes. My pedicure already looks old and dusty and it hasn’t even been 24 hours. I will never step Foot back in that place again and I will make sure that I never recommended to anyone. Ohhh and the timer for the 10 minute massage started before she started to clean up from my pedicure so The pedicure she forced me to get because I got a 10 minute massage and I sat there like an idiot while she walked away from me as she was cleaning up, it didn’t really matter because she just put a half a bottle of lotion while she lightly moved her fingers up and down my legs. Waste of money and time but it doesn’t have to be for you.

Last thing, while my nails were wet and pulled a mini 100 Grand chocolate bar out of somewhere and shoved it. First of all that just disgusting second of all if you have allergies to any sort of food, especially a nut please run away...

I had a very disappointing experience at Honey Nail Lounge. While my pedicure with May was excellent – she was attentive and helped me achieve the look I wanted – the same cannot be said for my nail service with Mike. I clearly explained to both Mike and the receptionist that I wanted a natural, clean look, showing them a picture for reference. I emphasized that I needed my nails to be perfect for an upcoming international trip and asked for their professional advice. Despite initially recommending acrylic, Mike proceeded to apply UV gel, even though I had expressed my desired look. It quickly became apparent that he lacked experience with gel. The shape of my nails was completely off – crooked, inelegant, with thumbs that were noticeably shorter, wider, and thicker than the other nails. I had requested a dusty rose ombre. Instead of a proper ombre effect, Mike used an airbrush to create a simple line along the edge of my nail, essentially a French manicure line, and repeatedly asked if I liked it. This was not at all what I had asked for. I pointed out the issue, but he seemed more interested in finishing the service quickly than in addressing my concerns. It felt like he was prioritizing payment over providing a quality service. Ultimately, he applied acrylic with UV gel, resulting in nails with no discernible shape. Completely frustrated, I gave up and asked him to just apply a pale pink base color. I spoke with the receptionist, not to avoid paying, but to express my extreme disappointment with the uneven and poorly executed nails. I was especially upset because I had been willing to pay for the look I wanted. The salon offered no compensation other than to "fix" the nails, which wasn't an option for me at the time. There was no offer of a discount on a future service or any other form of apology. I left the salon in tears. Having nice nails was important to me, and I was willing to pay for a professional service. Instead, I received a mediocre result and felt completely disrespected. I want to share my experience so that others are aware of the potential for poor service at Honey...

A few weeks ago I got a gel pedicure after not getting one for a few months. I moved here recently and have been trying to find a new nail salon. I honestly should have read the reviews before going because a lot of people are saying they are overpriced, and don’t communicate their prices which I 100% agree with.

I called before hand to make an appointment and I asked the receptionist how much a basic gel pedicure was. She told me $45 which was fine because I’m used to paying around $60 for my pedicures with tip. When I arrived and was put in a chair, they handed me the sheet of their pedicure services and the cheapest one on there was $55. I asked the lady about it and she seemed to have no idea about the $45 I was talking about that I was quoted on the phone. She then talked me into doing the one that was $70 because I guess the $55 one didn’t come with removal of dead skin which is what I wanted so I agreed. Not sure why it wasn’t included in the $55 because other places I’ve gone to still do it for that price. Overall the service wasn’t bad, but during the pedicure the tech I had started laughing and showing the other tech next to her all the dead skin coming off my feet which I felt was unprofessional. Like obviously that’s what I’m here for no need to point it out and laugh.

So by the end, I don’t know how the price got jacked up this much, but the lady brought my tab up to the front and it was $80. I gave a $10 tip so my total for the service was $90. I called and expected to walk in and pay around $60-$65 TOTAL for this service and ended up paying almost $100. I have never ever paid that much for a basic gel pedicure because I never get the fanciest ones, I got their second cheapest one! The price change was never communicated to me, and I felt that $70 before tip was a little pricey to begin with. I know a lot of other people had similar experiences, and I can definitely say I experienced it too. Probably will be looking for a...

I've usually had a good exp here but not today... I got a reg pedi and gel mani buty nail tech wasn't too pleasant. She started the pedi and asked if I wanted to upgrade to a spa pedi with a massage. I said no. Then she proceeded to ask me the same thing 3 more times. It felt a little like badgering and when it was clear that I really wasn't gonna upgrade, her demeanor and service slackened. She was rushing through everything just to go through the motions, just for the sake of it. I saw someone else post this in the comments and same thing - the "hot" stones were used for ~10secs just to touch the skin and put away. And in the past, they still do a slight massage type thing in the reg pedi when the put on some gel or lotion. Nothing this time. The whole pedi took between 10-15mins. Felt super rushed. In my Mani, she cut me twice, never apologized even. And then she was clearly rushing near the end cause she saw a new customer walk in. After my last top coat she got up and just went away. I had to follow her to ask her to give me the card. She had already put the polish away so she had to figure out which one it was and I'm not even sure she wrote down the correct one. And usually after the Mani they seat you at a table in the front to dry your toes if you also got a pedi. But not her. She was seating the new customer before I had even made it to the front desk to pay. Extremely disappointed by my experience today because this is usually my go to place. I even brought my brother today for the first time and upset that this was the experience received. If the staff knows who she was, I would appreciate if they can make a note on my account: I do not want this nail tech again - if I do go back...

I won’t be returning. I gave this place a few chances, but today’s experience was the last straw. They have a lot of nails techs so I decided to look through their reviews to better pick someone. Today, I made an appointment with Zoey, specifically looking forward to a gel pedicure and dip powder manicure. When I arrived, I politely asked for her professional opinion on selecting a red color that would match for both my hands and feet, as two different shades were needed. I'm accustomed to nail techs being knowledgeable about their polishes, but Zoey seemed uninterested and pushed me to choose two colors on my own. I tried my best to pick shades that would be similar. Unfortunately, they ended up looking completely different—my hands appeared orange while my feet were the red I had originally wanted. When I brought this up, Zoey just laughed and dismissed my concerns, which felt completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, I left with dip powder smeared all over my fingers and my toes hurt from the pedicure. I also selected a spa pedicure, which I paid extra for, and it was supposed to include a 10-minute massage. Unfortunately, the massage felt more like a light caress—no pressure whatsoever. It was a complete waste of both time and money. This was a very disappointing experience for a paying customer.
