January 18th Adrian served me and my mother Room had air conditioning and fans on like the middle of summer Only nine tables were sat with five workers Churro pancakes were leathery Enchiladas were so so Churro desert insides of churros was raw Coffee tasted burnt / like espresso but cold Waiter didn't suggest to try to take it off he never cleared the table before desert He never checked if the coffee was hot the second time Desert was served without the coffee Coffee made my mother sick Ice cream was soso I can see why they don't have a lot of customers and the other customers were basically there for over sized margaritas and low grade drinks Heck in my 26 years in the restaurant business from host to captain I never saw mistakes like this not be addressed like the twenty coasters holding up the table that we were at seems like a waste and looks horrible I wonder if that is their mentality like not having change and doesn't give the right change back to a customer what the kitchen does or what the waiter does with your food?
And if you notice the other reviews ether say nothing about food just waiter or the food was ok sad
And the menu got shorter and more jumbled especially for elders that have a hard time seeing blue on white that small is hard to read and it looks like one page of food and three pages of drinks and the drinks are low grade at the best I bet there is not one fresh item on the drink menu even the...
Read moreWe usually will stop by at Chevys after a movie, since AMC theater is right next door. Our server was a gentlemen named Joey and he was fantastic. Very friendly, good sense of humor, and helpful. The food was quite good and we did get a nice large table. Since we were going towards the end of night on a Saturday, we could sit comfortably to enjoy our food and drinks and relax. The atmosphere is very nice. The only slight cons would be the pricing. However no place is that much more expensive than this, drinks are expensive. I loved the Patron tower but it did seem a tad on the weakened side. There is a limit as to how much you can drink, depending on what you order. Not ideal for alchohol comsumption, better to go elsewhere if you wish to have harder drinks or drink more. I understand completely why they want to keep that limit, its family friendly environment, so last part is not a con. Otherwise go check this place out, you will spend comparably to other places, about 20 to 30 a plate, not including drinks. Adding any alcholic beverages depends, but an average cocktail is about 15 and more for just enjoying the taste. Which is what they should be for at such an establishment. Great place and recommended. Thank you Joey for being our...
Read moreWhat a horrible experience. The thing that upsets me the most is the fact that i have been coming to this chevys for almost 10 years. I arrived at 4:30. They told me that the tables would be available at 5 and told me to sit at the bar until then. Rudely, I was told to sit somewhere else, after i sat where i was told, they told me and my elderly aunt to move again. This happened 4 times. When i was trying to order a drink while I waited for table availability Jill and Sabrina for some reason ignored me and started to laugh at me and my elderly aunt. They would pretend to see other guests over us. 5 mins before 5 a couple arrived and they immediately served them and sat them. Again, I don't know if this was an act of racism or perhaps a misunderstanding of sorts but I know for sure that this wasn't right. I have already spoken with my attorney due to my aunt was so angry and tried so hard not to make a scene she held it inside which caused a headache and her blood pressure went up. I had to rush her to the hospital. I spoke with the manager but to be honest I don't know what good can come from that conversation. I will update this comment when more news is available Jill and Sabrina should not be in the...
