Absolutely Unprofessional and Unreliable — Do Not Trust This Company With Your Event

My true rating would be 0 stars. I hired this petting zoo company twice for my daughter’s birthday parties — and both times were an absolute disaster.

The first time (my daughter’s 1st birthday), I had booked well in advance, paid the deposit, and confirmed the specific animals we wanted — including a pony I paid extra for. On the day of the party, they were a no-show. I called them in a panic, only to be told they forgot to add me to their schedule. Hours later, the owner showed up with fewer animals than promised — and no pony. We asked for a fair discount due to the lateness and missing animals, but the owner was incredibly unwilling to take responsibility and only reduced the price by a minimal amount. While the kids enjoyed the animals that did show up, the stress they caused was unforgettable.

Against my better judgment, I gave them a second chance for my daughter’s 2nd birthday. That was a huge mistake. On the day of the event, they canceled last minute, claiming they were stuck in traffic and chose to go to another event instead of ours. I was devastated. After numerous calls, I finally reached their assistant, who kindly offered to come out herself with a few animals. But when she arrived, she told us her manager refused to let her unload the animals until we paid the full balance — despite the cancellation, the smaller selection of animals, and once again no pony.

This company is completely unreliable, disorganized, and worst of all — unapologetically unprofessional. The owner refuses to take accountability for her repeated mistakes, shows no flexibility or empathy, and prioritizes money over integrity. Save yourself the heartbreak and look elsewhere — your child’s special day deserves better.

UPDATE: Since the owner wants to lie and claim that I demanded a discount and was being aggressive. Here is proof that she up and cancelled on me the DAY of my event an hour after start time. For clarification this event was June 14th. The day of the presidents celebration which had been scheduled weeks in advance and everyone in the DMV should have been aware. Like I said, completely disorganized and dishonest. Book at your own risk 99.9% chance they will be late, cancel, or double book and prioritize another event over yours. Oh she did ask if I wanted the pony.....at 6PM FOUR HOURS AFTER the start time...

Endless Love Petting Zoo was absolutely amazing! They showed up on time, were very professional, and brought such a wonderful variety of animals. We had lots of children five and under, and they were completely captivated — the animals were gentle, well cared for, and such a joy to interact with. The parents enjoyed it just as much as the kids.

I’ll be honest—I was hesitant at first because I saw one not-so-great review. But after speaking with Gee and moving forward, I am so glad we did. If you see anything negative, don’t let that sway you away—we almost missed out on a fantastic experience!

For our event, they were only scheduled for part of the time, but they did so well that for any future events, we’ll be sure to have them for the entire day. Everyone—kids, families, and staff—was so happy with the experience. We were truly astounded by how seamless and enjoyable everything was.

Highly recommend Endless Love Petting Zoo—we can’t wait to...

I would leave zero stars if I was able to.

Inquired about having mobile petting zoo for son’s birthday party. Was told I needed to send a deposit to hold day and time and that deposit would go towards total. I send deposit and sent confirmation of payment and asked to confirm receipt and that the day and time I requested was available. I got zero response. I asked for my deposit back and got a response back to that email saying it was a non refundable deposit.

I was never told that it was non refundable, and the lack of Communication and customer service leaves a terrible taste.

Definitely will not be using them or recommending...
