Wing Heaven — Restaurant in Maryland

My husband and I are wing connoisseurs and we have not had much luck after what feels like trying one hundred different wing spots. Alas, we found Wing Heaven!!! Wing Heaven is top tier and the wings are indeed so delicious, they are truly heavenly in the world of wings! We will undoubtedly return, very soon!

Customer Service: 10 out of 10 (The young lady greets you as soon as you walk through the door. She is the most professional, intelligent restaurant industry worker I’ve encountered since I’ve lived in the DMV.)

Ordering Process: 10 out of 10 (No room for error because the cashier repeats your order before you pay. Before bagging, she shows you each item you ordered to ensure accuracy.)

Wing Flavor Selection: 10 out of 10 (So many delectable options.) *The fries, pound cakes, and beverages are out of this world as well!

Cook: 10 out of 10 (He was pleasant while speaking and joking with my husband.)

Prices: 10 out of 10 (The prices are incredible.)

Portions: 10 out of 10 (Plentiful.)

Parking: 10 out of 10 (Ample parking.)

Safety: 10 out of 10 (In a safe area, no issues whatsoever.)

Horrible Bad experience. Didn't even get a chance to order by telephone. Customer service was trash. I was being rushed when asked about things on the menu that are clearly not their website (i.e. Fish menu-whitening, tilapia, catfish and other sides than French fries). The lady on the phone made two comments that were plain out rude and disrespectful: Mumbling Saying "yeah this is not working out for me" when asked if they had any vegetables as sides orders ----- like what??? Saying "I (hope) you can show me your id when you come in for pickup" and repeated it word for word when I said excuse me ----- um, ok? It's was a order for total $35 (18pc & 2 fish orders) For a fairly new business I would think customer service would be more accepting to questions being asked about their restaurant but apparently things are backwards nowadays. I got the 12pcs combo and ordered hot wings and honey heaven wings, it came with fries and a drink. The atmosphere here was unfortunately a bit disappointing. The cleanliness was below standard, which impacted the overall experience from the start. The lobby chair legs, fan and vacuum all being in eyesight were not clean at all so it threw me off a bit but I was hoping the food made up for it. The food arrived in a decent portion size, but it could have used a bit more time to get that crispy touch that makes a meal memorable. That’s just my preference to have it fried hard. While the flavor was fine, the undercooked texture left me feeling like I didn’t get the full experience. Fries were the same way, could’ve used a couple more mins. The Kool-aid was alright, came with no ice? Cup was full though! Overall, it wasn’t bad, it just needs some touch ups in the areas mentioned.
