My name is Tearra, niece of Sheila. My aunt scheduled my daughter’s hair appointment with Brianna on March 14, 2020 at 9am. As we all been afraid to leave our homes because of a virus with no cure. It saddens me how we were treated at this salon. I had my six year old daughter and my son who just turned 1 years old that Friday. We got to the salon at 8:50am, waited in the car until 9am. Went into the salon and was greeted in a very rude way. But I did not say anything at all. We waited in the waiting area for thirty minutes, I was thinking about leaving after the first fifteen minutes. My aunt sent me a text message from Brianna about if you are late fifteen minutes they will charge $15 late fee. But I did not get that same treatment because she was late 45 minutes. She came in and said sorry and went to the back to put her things away. She came back over to us and stated that NO babies are allowed. She told me someone called her and told her no babies can come and I need to either wait in the car or waiting area. Mind you, this is our first time going here. WILL NEVER GO BACK. I had a 6pm appointment w the stylist. Along w four other people. I hate when they over book appointments. Its extremely unprofessional. I was in the salon for an hour and a half and my hair had only been combed out. I have received better service at the hair academy.
