Been meaning to write this review but to the people that was working on July 3rd. It was 2 guys and a girl. There to pick up a Doordash. He asked for the name 3 times in a row and didn't give me time to answer. Like he literally said back to back to back. What's the name? I told him not to rush me and give me time to answer because he just repeated the hell out of it and threw me. I felt like they were being racists because they started talking amongst themselves, laughing. MIND YOU, They aren't making the order but another, so I asked how long he said 2 minutes. I don't know if the girl was in training, but she was just watching. I did show her the phone first since she was at the register and could've told dude the name. So she's a suspect to me as well. But yeah, these 2 individuals shouldn't be there but I guess they can since it's franchise and probably they family so I suggest people stop patronizing people who allow people to be racists and act like this. I'm writing this on the 9th and went there on the 3rd, and thus, is July. Probably only time I would come here is for dashing, but I'll probably cancel đ because detest people like this.    Read moreMy co-worker and I have been going to 8985 Woodyard Rd, Subway for years. However, in the last few years the customer service and food quality has been terrible. We have gone back from time to time and nothing has changed. Today we encountered 4 unsatisfied or ignore customers. The staff/management need customer service training bad. Customer trying to place order and being ignored, when you try to inform them of the correction that is needed; eyes are rolled and they speak in a different language so you don't know what they're saying. The quality and customer service has made us decide we will not return. In the past management had great customer skills, how to prepare the food, listened to the customer. The floors were disgusting, trash over flowing, soda dispensary filthy. I would hope that whoever is in charge of this franchise at this location make a or send someone as customer and/or surprise visit. Prior to this management staff it was an AWESOME place to go and sit and eat, enjoyed the food and staffing was very professional. Subsequently, while interacting with two individuals of Middle Eastern descent to place my order, I encountered communication challenges as they seemed preoccupied with an ongoing conversation, necessitating repeated clarifications.
To exacerbate matters, despite multiple requests for a pizza, my order was not attended to until reaching the register. The preparation of the pizza also fell short of expectations; notably, the tomatoes were not cut as customary in other Subway locations, and Mexican cheese was utilized instead of the expected mozzarella. Regrettably, there was a failure to communicate the unavailability of mozzarella beforehand.
These experiences left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied, prompting contemplation of leaving without receiving my order. I believe that improved communication and attention to customer service would greatly enhance the overall experience at this...
