This is hands down the best Chinese food in Clinton. The restaurant is clean, welcoming and bright and well maintained.
The food is always hot and vegetables fresh. We love the portions which always last for several meals. The Egg Foo Young Patties come separate from the gravy which is different for us, but we enjoyed it once we combined as appropriate. The wings are a nice size and delicious. We always get the mambo sauce on the side and the mambo sauce is also good and not thinned and watered down. My children love the Mai fun noodles more than the lo mein because they are closer to a thai dish they love. Surprisingly, there was a lot of shrimp in the noodle dish which is unusual based on experiences from other restaurants. I purchased shrimp with gravy sauce and it contained a lot of cleaned and large shrimp and fresh vegetables. This used to be my favorite dish at another restaurant but it was off putting after I often saw digestive tract remaining which required me to clean it before eating. This caused me hesitation to order this meal but I am glad I did. We loved it and the shrimp was perfectly cleaned. The general tso chicken is good and my children also love the general tso tofu. It was a bit overcooked this time causing it to be a little harder than normal but this was an outlying experience and it was still enjoyable, just not as perfect as usual. We tried the human beef which was good but not the best I ever had. I would get it again but it wouldn't be my go to meal. I believe I like it a little sweeter and spicier but I still enjoyed the dish. The fried dumplings are also good.
This restaurant is definitely worth trying out. The parking lot gets crazy on the weekends due to the nearby bar but it hasn't turned me away. Order before you go and make sure you ask for the free item with your order. If you are having a large gathering, their party trays are awesome. Prior to COVID, we had a party and I ordered general tso chicken and several other items and the food was excellent and affordable. It served way more than 10 people and everyone remarked on how good the food was. It is definitely a great option for feeding guests something other than pizza or...

Update: I was working a double from 10:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and wanted to get some Singapore noodles. I purchased the food at about 3:00 p.m. I didn't eat my food until 11:30 while at work. I've noticed on several occasions that the food tastes different and is made different and is not consistent. When I brought this to managers attention she assured me that she would look into it. I also informed her about my shrimp being mushy on several occasions. Well back to the Singapore noodles they were salty and ofcourse at 11:30 they were closed. I called the next day to inform management about my experience because this was the third time and I wanted to have my food remade even though it was the next day. She asked me if I had any of the food left I said yes I didn't eat it. I spent a lot of money here so to remake one dish shouldn't have been a problem. She decided not to remake my food claiming that this kind of thing happens too much. Well how about keeping the taste and the way you make your food consistent. Thats not my problem and evidently a lot of people are starting to complain. I wasn't asking for a refund just for it to be made over. So I doubt if I'll be...
